We came Saturday 11:30am, 1/22/22 and our food was FANTASTIC! I know restaurants get all the negative reviews but when they do well, crickets! Everything was hot and fresh! Best Popeye’s I’ve been too in quite some time
It’s never a time that I come to this location and they disappointment me…always on top of their game. I drive from Old Chamblee Tucker Rd to come to this location. My food is always fresh and their vibe is pleasant. You never see a sign saying, “Out of Chicken “…”Closing at 6pm or Closed”..You will never get your meal with a side of attitude (did not see attitude on the menu).I recommend everyone to spend your hard earned money where you are treated with kindness and that’s here (when you have a taste for fast food)! There aren't enough words capable of explaining just how pathetic this location and it's employee's are. There is not one kind or helpful person here. Place an order online and says to pick it up in the drive through. Once it's finally your turn in the drive through, you're told you actually have to go inside to pick up your online order. Once you get inside you are stared at and blatantly ignored. Once you speak up, they give you even more stank attitude and God forbid if you need condiments or plasticware, they treat it like it's the end of the world. It's worth it to drive 15 minutes longer to the next closet Popeyes rather than to come here. Avoid at all costs.
Don't go there if your white. My husband has been harassed 3 times now he has went to get food. Everytime he walks in to pick up an online order he is met with a rude welcoming of yells from one woman that he can't come in unless he has an online order. Then once they made him wait 20 minutes and he went to the bathroom. Which got him yelled at for using the bathroom. This last time I ordered online. We arrived 10 minutes layer. They yelled again he couldn't come in. He tells them he has an order they tell him he doesn't. Them looks again and it was there they just hadn't looked at it yet. We eneded up with all spicy food which ours kids and I cant eat. So 3$30 of food we couldn't eat. None of it was right. They had refresh mild child come out while he waited and fresh biscuits. We didn't get say of it. The biscuits were old and hard clearly had been out all day. These people are the rudest I have encountered. They clearly hate white people. We have also had a black woman walk in after my husband she was not greeted in the same way. She also received food immediately.
Don’t order any pickup or delivery from them. They will accept the order and even mark it as ready but never make it because they don’t feel like it. They will also tell you they never got the order.
I reccomend Popeyes, just not this location. The employees at this location are the perfect example of what ghetto trash is. The ugly old lady who works in the lobby should go back to the gutter she spawned from in the first place.
Their chicken sandwich is delicious and they always get my order right, but it does take a while to get through drive thru. One night they even closed early.
I came here last night at 8:30 pm and was told by the young lady working the drive-thru that they only had six pieces of chicken left. She said more chicken couldn't be cooked because they close at 9:00 pm. I could understand if I came at 9:50 pm, but I came 30 minutes before closing.
The young girl at window was very rude and did not want to do her work, very unpleasant. I asked for small snack BOX, as I ordered a special family meal almost $30 had to get a full refund, because the mgr Logus which was even more disappointing stated they could not give me 1 tiny snack box, so I had to get a whole REFUND, due to they're negligence and HE left all the customers in the line acting retarded to process my refund. This is a horrible place, I have never had any restaurant deny a sale OVER a condiment.
I can honestly say I don't think I've ever got great service at any popeyes in my area. Food was what i expected for fast food but the workers obviously sound like they don't want to be there. Also they still had hottie sauce promotion up even though it had it ended. Also charging 27 cents per sauce it pricey unless your getting alot.
