BUYER Beware!!!! I order online... 5min later a lady calls and tells me they have no drivers...I advise cancel my order...she advise ok... I call back advised they order reads complete... So my money is tied up with an order that never arrived... this is unacceptable... People are struggling and tying up their money is unacceptable... What if I had no-more money to feed my family? I will never use their app... Buyer beware... If you don't have drivers you shouldn't be taking orders through the app for delivery... its a bait and switch...You want Drivers Pay them a livable wage or close up shop... but Don't take delivery orders if you don't have drivers...
I ask for a large stuff crust pepperoni and sausage pizza. Came in to pick it up and I guess I should have checked the box because it was not what I ordered or paid for. The girl I talked too on the phone did not take the order right even though I repeated it twice. I don't know if I will go to the pizza hut hwy 78 in Lilburn any time soon.
Unfortunately the order was cancelled by Pizza Hut due to running out of cheese and unable to fix pizzas. I had used my 200 points to get a free medium pizza and lost the points due to the cancellation by the facility. Would like those added back to my rewards if possible. Thank you.
They no longer put crust seasoning on their pizzas. The cashier said for some reason they took it all away. The pizzas I ordered tasted kinda bland without it. Other than that, everything else was ok.
We just love the pizza and the place, always diligent and on time. Food is always hot enough to be eaten and the delivery person friendly and courteous.
My order was incorrect. They forgot to put black olives on my pizza and I was charged for the extra topping.
The store and the staff where fine. It was the quality of the pizza that was the problem. The pizza was hot but the toppings and flavor was very disappointing.
Pizza was ready when promised, the food was prepared correctly and the customer service was pleasant.

I ordered curb side. Waited for 20 min in the car. Pizza already cold. No apologies. Will not come back here
