Ordered online over 1.5 hours ago. Delivery estimate said 26-36 minutes- cool, no problem. Here I am almost 2 hours later, hungry kids waiting on food, and I call.They cancelled my order without telling me because they’re “out of sauce”. I shouldn’t have been able to order if that were the case, and I should have been immediately notified so I could order pizza from an actually decent business. Booooo ?????? NEVER order from this location. Waste of my Sunday.
They might deliver your food… or you might have to drive to go pick it up after they miss the delivery time (by an hour) and don’t tell you. This store needs help.
Ordered a medium meatlovers and chocolate chip cookie Delicious courteous and friendly employees was delivered on time can't speak for others but my experience was very enjoyable and I like papa johns pizza haven't had a bad experience yet thier company been doing business with them for a long time and I'm going to continue doing business with. ?
I used to love the lilburn location but after today im very disappointed. Ordered extra chicken barely got any. Pizza had little to no cheese, all you see is sauce.

Don't order Papadias! You end up getting a piece of pizza dough with some cheese. Ordered Philly Cheese steaks and there were 3 pieces of meat, and 3 pieces of onions and bell pepper on them. That's all! Won't go back there!!!
This Papa John's is the best one in the area they actually make your food the way it's supposed to be made instead of making it any kind of way
