what can I say but never have what I really want and rude. Never get the fortune cookie very small portions and have gone up on the price. Do not recommend.
I just had a taste for Orange chicken. It looked good but it was all bread. They were also out of several items
Great customer service. The food was missing flavor. It was okay. I haven't had it in a while, but the grilled teriyaki chicken did not taste the same.
The food and service was good. The lack of food items and eating utensils is very tiresome. If the problem is pandemic related they have had 2 years to adjust. No more excuses.
They never have all listed menu items. I have been here several times working a month and they NEVER have teriyaki chicken!! Horrible and something needs to be done about this location. They also have not had straws on two occasions. This place is pathetic and a waste of gas!
They had ow service and when we got our food it was not fresh. Which sucked cause we spend our whole lunch trying to get our food right and didnt had the time to eat it after dealing with them
Our visit was 1/7/2022 at 8:19pm. Drive through out of order. We go inside and they are out of just about everything and refuse to make anymore. They said “this all we got”. Poor customer service, not to mention poor grammar! A bunch of young employees standing around socializing and NOT WORKING! How is this even acceptable 40 minutes before closing? This does not happen in other affluent neighborhoods. We will not visit this location again. Employees are making you lose money.
I would skip coming here. This location didn't have more than 5 entrees prepared. Because that staff basically give customers a bunch of rice and lo mein and very little on the few entee choices. The drive thru not open and the store not even busy. Their prices are also higher than other Panda Expresses in the area. I definitely will not be back.
The worst panda express meal I’ve ever purchased. I honestly want my money back. I ordered the beef and broccoli and the teriyaki chicken. I couldn’t eat it. I tasted like they cooked it then rinsed it with water. Then I had chunk of fat instead of meat. Also, the drive through person took my money and my order then decided to serve multiple people while I’m in my car watching her and I was late to work. I usually like panda but this one was a miss for me. My first time going to that branch.
Short on selection but still great taste
