The 3rd shift staff members are my FAVORITE tbh!!! There are times that the store gets very busy and booked with order after order but overall those guys are pretty fast and seem to be getting a lot faster at handling customers orders and getting them taken care of rather quickly!!! Thank you McDonalds and 3rd Shift Crew Members for making every trip I take to McDonald's a Greta experience!!! Keep up the great work guys!!! They deserve a raise especially the managers!!!!
Been to this location three times over the past year or two. Every single time something was wrong with the order or the food. All of my visits were in the afternoon/evening.This most recent visit my 10pc order of nuggets only had 8 and there was no sauce.In the past I assumed it was a bad employee or two, but at this point I'm convinced it's just terrible management. Will not be going back.
Don't have a sign in your door saying you're open inside until 11pm and then lock the doors at 10:30. Also, open both lines outside in order to keep the line feeling shorter. Even if you're low on staff, one person can take orders from both lines.
This McDonald's does a fantastic job overall. The food is always well prepared and made exactly the way we order it. The entire staff is attentive to customers, greets customers every time within seconds of approaching the counter or arriving at the drive-thru, and the restaurant and bathrooms are always being actively monitored and cleaned. Every person that enters this McDonald's is treated with the utmost respect, friendliness and dignity, which makes this entire community a better place. This owner operator, and management team are taking care of their people and their customers. Fantastic job McDonald's Hixson!
Was forgotten at the drive thru and had 4 cars pass me at the other drive thru, 2 of which were from cars that were behind me. I was given weird looks by other customers like if I had done something wrong. Food was fine but it was irritating.
Ordered 2 large fries and vanilla milkshake via doordash. The fries were not fresh and fries were not a true large order. Called the store a few times no answer, then got a manager who hung up. Called again and a young man answered, he was courteous and apologetic. My family and I will not ever patronize this location again. Good customer service and satisfaction comes from good management and a desire to offer great quality and servuce, however this location lacks it completely.
They'll leave you sitting, waiting for your order, and never bring it. When you go to complain, they don't apologize. Just give you a refund without saying a word.
This McDonald’s is right near my work and not too far from home so this is where we normally go. Sometimes employees act irritated at the drive-through windows like it’s your fault they’re working. If they don’t like their job they need to quit and go somewhere else. Yesterday, craving a sausage biscuit I went there and got the meal and on the screen it said it was $3.18 and after I paid and I got to work I realize I did not give me my receipt but then in my account it says they charged me $4.54. Today I went back to get the exact same thing I got yesterday and it was $3.70. I they act like they want to hurry up and rush you even if there’s zero people in line in front of you or behind you. Luckily there’s never anything physically wrong with my food or drinks or I would not be going here. The one guy that used to be there in the morning was awesome, he was so friendly and acted like he enjoyed his job and was very customer oriented isn’t there anymore; He needs to come back!
The restaurant was very nice and clean on the relatively small Dining Room area. The fast food tasted fresh and the fries were hot and perfectly salted! I have to visit this location in Decatur more often. You'd be pleased with the customer service atmosphere.
If I could rate lower I would. Customer is horrible after the morning shift leaves. I would think it would be better cause of location. Very slow, even with no customers. They can't blame cov shortage cause they had plenty of worker, but the quality if workers us bad.
