I notice how rude the customers we are inpatient and rude and I see DJ diligent, friendly tried to work efficiently. The pizzas use to perfect and the children loved them, however lately the cheese is burn on top and it looks like someone has overcooked it or forgot it was in the oven. Now the children don’t want the pizza. So if the children don’t get them it’s a wrap.
Today's order was a large pepperoni magnifico, pizza bowl, bread sticks and wings. Everything tasted fantastic. We also knew we would have plenty of leftovers for tomorrow's lunch and a snack for tonight. The delivery was faster than expected once the order was ready to go. Everything was worth the wait.
Pizza is decent. However they’ve messed up our order more than once then it just feels like overpriced pizza when they can’t get it right. Service is usually good and pizza is usually ready quickly but would be nice if the toppings were correct.
I called to order and the person who was talking the order very rude and started screaming on me and I had to ask for somebody else to came to the phone. It was a trouble experience. The manager on phone who ending taking my order, his name is Michael was informed about this issue.
Spent $80 on pizza and wings and order was wrong. Instead of apologizing the little boy(as he acted) was rude. Marco's customer service at it's best? and he said he was the manager? Back to Jet's pizza. Thought we would try something different, SMH!!
I’ve been getting pizza from this place for the last 3-4 years and sometimes they might get something wrong but it’s just normal mistakes cuz we ain’t all perfect, but costumer service has always been great and you can pretty much ask them for anything as long as you’re nice. I’ve seen so many other customers yelling at the employees over so little things that ain’t worth the stress when they always help when you’re nice or honest. Great place in general I really have no complaints.
Marcos makes the best thin crust EVER! No matter which location I visit, the cracker crust is always baked to perfection. This is my go to pizza whenever. Thin crust with a hearty helping of baby spinach. And don’t you DARE forget about the cheese bread! The dough is always fresh and I can’t wait to take a bite. Keep up the good work! You’ll see me again soon! #ashsaidit
Calling just to confirm order went through and was yelled at by person on the phone. DJ got a lot of compliments on these reviews but pretty sure his friends left them. He was rude and condescending. I will happily give others my business. This was my first time using them. Never again. Go elsewhere
Does not honor coupons. Dismissed a $20 order because of a $2.89 difference in coupon price.So, not calling them again. Don't believe the mailings or the websiteMarcos is fake advertising
