It was an amazing food experience. Courteous staff and the pizza was cooked to the perfection. I got my order before the given time.
Worst customer service experience I have ever experienced in any Little Caesars location. For starters why would an employee have the audacity to ask for a tip. It is the customers decision to give one or not. He attended everyone else and asked multiple times what had we ordered. I even saw he gave the car behind me a pizza and a free drink since I heard him very clear. We waited at the drive thru for more than 30 minutes for a pepperoni pizza. This is ridiculous. I suggest you go to another location or another restaurant matter of fact!
The best little caesars location i've been to, pizzas are not oily, sauces are on point and it's very chewy. I highly recommend you give them a try, their pizza will not disappoint you; I personally will return for more for sure.
I went to buy and the store was close but it was working drive thru i went to and he doesnot want to sell me he told me that i need to order online but i saw the person in front me order in that moment.I came to the store before and he always had a bad actitud.Please change personal ?.
Went for the Batman pizza and it was unique. The problem was the staffing. Not enough staff and of course the ones that were there were over worked, I didn't get the sense that they were working as a team. I waited 20 min for my food then went to ask when it would be done I think it was done and sitting in the back, no one ever announced it was done.
So-so service, but through the few, mostly negative experience I've had here, I discovered I actually really like thin-crust pizza from here. So...meh?
Everytime I've gone it's been good so far and the pizza is freshly made. Also I always get the same lady at the window and she is super nice.
My order was placed at 5:13. I received my order at 6:30. After standing in the store for over an hour, the manager never apologized, and never attempted to remedy the terrible service issue.
The food is never 100% cooked.. plus they gave old crazy bread.. this is why I rather go with pizza hut and not them.. cause at least your food is fresh and cooked
So disgusted THEY DONT WEAR GLOVES WHEN THEY ARE PREPARING THE FOOD!!! This must be against some regulations ! I’m definitely looking into it
