Standard Little Caesars. Only problem with this location is that the drive through space is really small, cramped, always busy, and slow. Not really anywhere to park while waiting for your order like some locations, so the line backs up really quickly.
Waited for 15 minutes for the pizza and do to not be cooked at all. Had the heat in the oven and watch the dough rise at home
I love the way they do there's pizza better then other Little Ceasars.
Don't show up for the first 30 minutes after they open. They take orders but don't have any pizza ready
I don't like the fact that you have to wait in the in the Drive-Thru Place orders.
Poor customer service! They ignore customers both in store and in drive thru line. Once they finally acknowledge you they have an attitude. I only gave 2 stars is because the food is good, and cheap. But it seems all the staff members could use a lesson in customer service skills.
I understand if this place is understaff but they really need to try better at there service and speed. I had a online order and I have to wait in line to just pick up a ready order. There system was down today but why would you need to close the door. There are people that can pick up there ready pizza.
It said they close at 11. So when I arrived at 950pm they locked their doors. As a business owner that is highly unacceptable.
Horrible Customer service please don’t waste your time and money at this locationupon arrivalThey had me waiting outside for 20 min because waiting area was full which was understandable so i patiently waiting they said to wait until people came out so we could go in once the people picked up their order and headed out the cashier rudely came to the door and refused to let us in and said if you want service go to the car lane and shut the door and locked it with out any explanation
Ordered online at 9:11pm tonight (9/14/21). I get an email at 9:16pm saying they loaded it into the portal and that it was ready. So my husband drove over, went inside and nothing was in the portal. He told them about the order. The girl went to the back and didn’t tell him anything. 15 minutes later, she says they don’t have what we ordered. So why not call us and tell us so we didn’t waste our time going there? She offers him something else and he said sure. She walked to the back and never came back out. After 15 more minutes of waiting, he left since they were about to close anyways. I called about 6 times and someone finally picked up 5 minutes before the store closed to see if they could please cancel the order because we were charged for it. She told me to cancel it online. There is no option to cancel and I’m sure they know this. I told her there was no cancel option and she said there was nothing she could do. So we were charged for food with no option of canceling online or over the phone. They could have just called and told us they didn’t have the food so we didn’t waste our time and on top of that, they took our money when we weren’t given anything.
