I would give them zero stars but that option is not available. When walk into the restaurant and 3 employees were up front at the entrance, not one even acknowledged that we were there. They walked off so we sat down for 5 minutes waiting for an employee to return, they did and still not even a “ hi, may I help you?” Or anything so we left and went to Waffle House where we were greeted immediately, shown to a table and ordered drinks, all in less than 5 minutes.I own a business and if my employees treated a customer this way they would be looking for a new job. That’s just bad management to hire employees with no people skills.
My grandma has been coming to this location for years and everyone treats her like a queen. I want to say thanks to Magd, Jennifer, Valda, Debbie, Yadira, Kellie and all the wonderful staff for making her feel so special. These people make this place amazing.
Good food, great waiter, and free pancakes. I ordered the Pablano Spicy Omelet. It was good...if you like spicy food.
Food always good but waiting to be seated was an eternity. After we sat, the waitress was nice and picked up speed after the customers across from us walked out. I will add it was only one waitress in the place!
This location has become a Sunday evening tradition for me and my granddaughter. Typically Chandler waits on us and he always provides excellent service. This is a nice quiet time to come to this IHOP and the food is always ready quickly and is well prepared.
Not busy which led to staff spending time in back and me having to ask for bill from someone other than my waiter. Still tipped well despite kitchen being slow. Do like this iHop
None of my order was correct. I called over 5 times- no answer. I ordered plain scrambled eggs and got cheese eggs- strawberry banana pancakes with no strawberry- a winter frosted pancake with no blue frosting- I didn’t mind waiting for my food a longer than usual but I at least want my order correct. Literally got 5 meals and 1 right. The only thing I asked for different than the way the food was listed was my meat orders. This is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at an iHop.
I'd like to say everlasting good. Unfortunately we left because we waited 40 min and didn't even get drinks. It was explained to us that they were short staffed, but no one even brought us drinks. We didn't want to stay any longer since we were parched and hungry. We left and canceled our order. Management needs to do better and help their staff put more.
The service was above and beyond, the server was polite and very helpful, the food was hot and ready in a reasonable time. My kids were very happy,, look forward to visiting again real soon
It was good, but the omelets in the pass were better, it seems the portion this time was small and the price higher because I chose to build my own omelet. My ingredients were no more than the specialty omelets but priced higher. I guess next time I'll stick with the specialty omelets to save money. My server was excellent.
