I have patronized this restaurant twice before today and received excellent customer service. Therefore, I decided to come in today, 07/18/22, and my experience was horrible. The ghetto, hood rat that was at the register cares more about looking at her phone than serving me. I said to her that I was leaving because she cared more about looking in her phone than providing me service. She responded and I quote. "Who are talking to you?" I said you. She stated. "So, I can look into my phone if I want and bye if I wanted to leave." I asked for the manager, and she said that he or she wasn't available.I am appalled that this restaurant hired an unprofessional, disrespectful, and ignorant project chick . I am an African American female. Therefore, I am also ashamed that she represented this restaurant and my race in this atrocious manner.
I went to i love wings and the person that took our order was rude she was rasict and pretende that didn't hear us and was rude to another custourmer and said that she coulden't order what she wanted.
Honestly the wings were good they tasted great. Except for the rude employees. I walked in and im guessing I forgot to say hi. I walked up to smile and order but a cashier that was on the job spoke with attitude. Well I went to the other stores for about ten minutes and when i came back she gave me the order but purposely messed it up. I was shocked and this cashier was yelling and giving a bad attitude to me because I didn't say hi. I was just honestly surprised at how bad I was treated and I had to ask multiple times for her to give me my order right since i already paid. To anyone going here I would not recommend it and me and my family and friends will never return. I'm sorry but it was a terrible experience.
The first time I ate here pre COVID it was good but I went the other day and it sucked. The wait for a 15 pc w fries was pretty long and the wings were overcooked and not very good. Kinda wish I had spent my $20 somewhere else
one of the best places for wings and stuff in Snellville. They got a lot of food.. fish--chesseburger--fried rice--wings-- and more.. They got a ppol table and two big screen tv's inside.. the seating is good too. it's a good vibe
Ordered via Uber Eats. Absolutely the smallest wings I have ever seen in my life. These must be from chicken fetuses, there is no chicken this small. Way overpriced for what you receive. You get more meat from a 4PC McNugget than a 15PC wing order. Go elsewhere.Update: It is 20 hours later and have been sick to my stomach non-stop since eating these wings, same with others who also shared the order. Will be reporting to dept of health. I would discourage eating here, it seems to be a common theme based on other reviews.
Love their shrimp fried rice!!! I think its the best, always fresh! Hubby gets the Philly Steak... It always looks good!! But the wings... Even though the flavors are good, the wings are hard and tiny... I gotta' remember, that's not my spot for wings... ?
Do not order the wings. I was super disappointed in the size. However, the grilled chicken salad was fulfilling. I don’t like how I was forced to buy something I wasn’t happy with. They need to change their policy about refunds and exchanges. I will not return.
They are under new management and all their prices went up to unreasonable levels. 16.99 for a sub-par Philly sanwhich and 5 piece wings with fries. Drink will cost you extra. The same used to cost 12.99 under last management. 10/10 recommend you don't give these thieves your business.
Best wing spot on this side of town. Wings are always cooked to perfection. Excellent customer service every time and surprisingly quick come to order food.
