One star is one too many for this Hardee’s store… I was the only one in the drive thru and ordered only a cheeseburger ($3) .. luckily I opened it and looked at it … the first burger they handed me had a beef patty not much bigger than a quarter so I got back in drive thru and this is my replacement … burnt and so flat it is not even edible … after two attempts .. I was unwilling to try again… never go to this Hardee’s … it’s the worst service and food ever .. I guess this explains why the place never has any cars …drive further to something else… which I ended up down the road at the Burger King since I had to trash this gross food ..

Keep driving…they didn’t have our order right…missing onion rings and my husband ordered extra pinions and bacon and there wasn’t ANY on his burger….the guy at drive they basically rushed us off shoving our food out the window like we needed to hurry and drive off and then when we got home we tried calling just to let them know some things were incorrect and no has answered the phone yet…if I would’ve read the reviews first we wouldn’t have even went. You notice the owner only responds to the positive reviews opposed to correcting the problems…positive are probably the employees friends or family and it’s still at a 3.6 star sad …if there was a no star that’s what they would get…

Keep driving, don't even bother. Apparently dipping sauce is to much to ask for and even if you go back and ask again you only get one pack. My kids like to dip their french fries and I was more than happy to pay for the sauce but apparently that didn't matter. The man was very rude and the staff were yelling at each other. The only good thing I can say is at least the fries were hot.

Very slow, 25 minutes for one combo meal. Rude employees. Oh and 430pm on a Wednesday, closed. No sign, nothing to show closed. Here's a tip, take some of that landscaping money and maybe pay your employees. Then surprise surprise you can get better employees

How do I give negative stars?? There math sux.... $3.89 plus 6% tax is not $4.44

On Dec. 4th I ordered the big hot ham n cheese, this has been my favorite for over 20+ years. When I received the sandwich it was very cold not melted. I was so angry I spent $9 on the food. Also on Dec 8 I was craving my all time favorite, Egg n cheese biscuit. Well NOT to my surprise my biscuit was not hot (again) and the lady at window was horribly rude. Not to mention the drive thru menu was turned to the lunch/dinner menu @ 8am, so I had to get out my car and turn it around. Now this location is NEVER busy so I feel like they should of made it better than cold. I have had a horrible experience with this Lilburn,Ga location. I have a different outlook for my favorite foods at Hardees. Customers are the people that make Hardees paychecks so I will not be contributing my money to Hardees anymore. SMH

Terrible experience. Google really needs to introduce a 0 star option.Staff is ill prepared to deal with customers on any level. Got my order wrong twice and told me to get back in an easily 30 min wait drive thru line to correct it. When I called the location to get the corporate number, they told me I need to call back in 30 mins because they were busy???? They even had the audacity to tell me that they got the right order the first time… As if I would waste my time letting them re-prepareThe correct order, that doesn’t even make basic sense. I have food that will go in the trash. This was an easy fix that was so grossly mismanaged that I am now leaving a review . Hardee’s has stolen my money. Give me money back !Absolutely terrible.

The food was hot as expected. I'll wait an extra 7 minutes for fresh meals

I will never return to this location again.They have essentially stolen $12 from me.

The employees have not guidance, who is in charge on the breakfast shift? I went by there this morning at 7:30, no one acknowledged I was there, drove around, an employee is in the dining room under a blanket??? I know it was an employee because dining room doors are locked….. you’ll be closed soon.
