Really don’t like giving bad reviews because I grew up in the restaurant business. I’ve either cooked the food or served the food to thousands of folks in my time. This place went down hill fast. No customers. Likely because the service is so terrible. The employee that cooked our food was vaping outside the restaurant when we arrived. I didn’t know he was an employee at the time because he wasn’t wearing any kind of uniform or Firehouse T-shirt. They used to bring your food to the table now I guess they just set it on the counter and tell you it’s ready. Again. We were the only customers there and the employees couldn’t be bothered to walk the ten steps to bring us our food. They didn’t have pickles or hot sauce which just lowers the overall quality of the meal. Makes me think management is totally lacking. I doubt this location will be open much longer.
I usually don’t like to give negative reviews however although there were plenty of workers, they weren’t very welcoming or friendly. I know the restaurant industry is taking some hits during this time, making times tough to find quality help. It took forever for our order to be taken and we even watched several workers watch walk past us and not say a word. We got our subs to go and after waiting 15 minutes, they ran us down in the parking lot because they gave us the wrong order. The sub was good, the service wasn’t the best.
My first time ordering at fire house sub @Lilburn.I got to the store on time the order is not ready. The shift manager Leah or Lee was at the counter, chatting with another server girl. On Person was at the counter making sandwiches. 5 customers waiting. I asked to speak with the lee she was on the phone. My web order says ready at 7:10. My order is not even started at 7:15. Do not eat at this store. It’s run by Kids with no experience. Very disappointing.
You cant call into order pick up because they re too busy hanging outside smoking with their friend. I had to go inside to order a pick up smh
Food was good, employees were friendly, expedient and professional.
Decent firehouse located in a great spot at a shopping center. Kroger and a few other stores are nearby. Nothing really bad to say

I hate to give them a bad review. The workers were really nice. The menu seems to have changed since my last visit which happened a long time ago. I got the grilled cheese sandwich and it was disgusting. There were, however new menu items that piqued my interest. The restaurant was spotless, and that is the reason I think I will go back for just one more try.

I don't know all of the circumstances, and the women who worked there were very friendly--BUT I waited for my medium Italian sub for at least 30 min after ordering (I checked my Google timeline to confirm). I crave this sub frequently so have been to other Firehouse Subs locations, and it has never taken this long. They kindly gave me an oatmeal cookie for the wait (so 4 ⭐ instead of 3), but that was incredibly too long to wait. Just an area for improvement. -xo
