I don't like the people that works in the morning but the people working in afternoon are great, i love to go there after 1 o'clock. Everything is so delicious and nice people
Horrible drive thru service. When ordering, a female employee yelled at us as we were ordering and was impatient. We ordered similar drinks at the same place some time ago, and they tasted good. This time they completely screwed up our drinks, was NOTHING like last time. I'm starting to think they messed them up on purpose.. Never coming here again.
Always has breakfast items like bacon egg and cheese croissants all day long and don't forget the coffee. Best coffee around but you got to watch their tip drawer between you and the window and count your change or it will end up in this tip jar! It's kind of like waffle House adding the gratuity to take out orders! Mine is telling you about it.

I love this Dunkin's they always treat me very good here and they gave me my coffee the right way.
This Duncan has also the Baskin-Robbins ice cream and it is my absolute favorite in the entire world! When I splurge and go all out, the first thing I'm going to do is go to Baskin-Robbins / Dunkin' donuts and get a small chocolate shake! I know it's overload on the calories and sugar and I shouldn't have it but there's no way that it's that good and I'm not going to have it! And I love the chocolate donuts from Dunkin and my kids love powdered donuts so it's a win-win every time we go
The staff is impatient and rude. They lied about the cost of almond milk with coffee and when I asked for the receipt it was a different item they charged. This store is charging fraudulently. I rather travel farther for a better experience.Would NOT recommend.

This place needs to be remodeled terriblyThe place is not clean and the staff are not as friendly they act like they have no customer service skills. The Doughnuts taste like they been sitting for 2 months put out for the public to eat. I will just go to Starbucks.
It was 15th September. I had family visiting me from Bangladesh. I took them to Coca Cola factory n aquarium.We had busy day and we were dead tired on our way to home.We decided to have some coffee..So I ordered 3 regular coffee in the drive way.When we took the first sip, the coffee was cold. You can tell this coeffee was sitting there for an hour at least.We came back, complained. They offered to make fresh coffee.But they were not very cordial with apology.I didn’t expect this from a branded coffee shop like DD.They need to train their employees can more.I used to go there pretty often.Mannnn!They don't greet u with Smile.????
