Ever since they remodeled, a lot of things have changed. Just last year, I would call and make orders over the phone, and everything would go smoothly. Now, if I even try to call and make an order over the phone in English, they will hang up on me. There needs to be a balance. Not everyone who orders Hispanic food, speaks Spanish. Not everyone who orders Chinese food speaks Mandarin, etc. Every time I step into this establishment, I feel as though I'm being judged. I travel 30 minutes or more, to enjoy this food. They're no longer warm and welcoming. I will not be returning. I will definitely be spending my money elsewhere.
