The delivery took longer than expected considering I live a half a mile away. The app and text message said my food have been delivered when it hadn’t. And my sandwich that was supposed to be chicken habanero didn’t have any habanero sauce on it. Very disappointing I will never use again
Man, this place ..so they're manager is a really rude youngN. While I was sitting there waiting countless number of folks came in with customer service complaints. This dude was too busy not wearing gloves at all. Nor did he make his employees. He denied so I supplied pics. The franchise is good but this one is gettn shabby.
Worst Dominos.. I have placed and order for delivery using the App 10min later I got a call from store and said they can't deliver gave me 3 different explanation road closures, car broke down, really busy!! You just not turn it off??
They charged my card an extra tip when I had already tipped the driver in cash. I was looking over my transactions today and there was tip on card. But get this, I didn’t even get a receipt from the driver. So today, 2 days later, I call in the AM and the manager said he was busy and had stuff to do so he would call me back, around 5 i hadn’t heard back so I called again. Another manager answered and he said he knew abt the situation and was talking to the driver. Their excuse was that the driver had another delivery around my apartments so he got confused when entering it in the app, he said the driver can just bring me $5 in cash. I said no I wanted it back on my card bc my card was charged fraudulently. It seemed as this issue was not a priority to them. He said he’d call in 15, nearly 50 mins later he called asking me for my card number again (which I have gotten refunds from dominos before and It just goes back to the card) but anyway I used apple pay so when i gave my card # back it couldn’t be done. The manner it was handled was very disappointing. I will be disputing that transaction.
I’ve only had one order messed up from here. Otherwise they always do an outstanding job! I’m about 8 -15 pizzas In at this location
So far so good on service and time it takes to get your delivery. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because it still lacks in taste and presentation of its foods
Power was still out when I went there to get food. Two mediums with two toppings a great deal. Went to restaurant to order them and take home. Very polite, helpful, and quick with the pizzas. Good value for the money.
I ordered 3 large pizzas and they cancel my order for no reason at all. Then when I call them I’m on hold for 10 minutes and can’t get anyone on the line. This has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had with domino’s. Very disappointed as other locations are usually pretty awesome.
NO!!! Store and their 4th grade application will lie to you. Last 2 times I used the app and was told my food was "Ready" I arrive at he location only to find out there haven't even started it yet. Manager is incompetent and thinks that breaking down boxes in the middle of dinner rush is the best use of his time. Staff is completely indifferent to the situation and should fill out applications at the DMV and or Gov jobs at they will have a brilliant career in that industry.
Feel really lucky this place is around the corner from my house!Despite being slammed and having only one person behind the counter, pizzas were perfect. Had a bit of a specialty order, because company, but every one was happy and not a point was missed.
