I asked for a half pound cheese grill burger, i was then informed they no longer offered that item, which is completely fine. They then suggested i get a number 6 bc it would be the most similar, I asked if it had lettuce and tomato and she said "so a number 6" and i repeated my question, she said she wasnt understanding so i spoke louder and she immediately got an attitude saying it did for the whole rest of the order she had an attitude. all i wanted to know was whether it had lettuce or tomato. it really wasnt that deep. just overall rude for no reason.
This place is stingy as hell. Get jipped every single time. Don’t usually call out businesses but this has happened way too many times. Check out the pineapple topping on the banana split lol.
Customer service is iffy sometimes, phone calls never go through & their voicemail box is always full. I ordered an Oreo blizzard and there were three random gummy worms in it…
Normally have great service, but unfortunately had to ask for most of our drinks and have a sandwich remade. This was all after waiting a long time for our order.
Charged me $16.72 for two (2) 4-pc chicken strip baskets WITHOUT drinks. According to menu with prices (updated January 2022) shown on the internet, that should have been $5.49 x 2 = $10.98 + 77 cents tax = $11.75. Rip-OFF!!
I Love this DQ, they are always nice and pleasant and help you as much as they can. Fix your order the way that you ask. But they do know me. My family are a regular at this DQ.
Been coming here just about my whole life, never once have they messed up or given me a bad experience. Super great always, they hire good staff and you don't have to repeat things 9/10 times. PLUS, I have never been stiffed for toppings and add-ins like I am at Sonic or other places. Love you guys, keep it up!
The food I ordered was not was I received. I was on my lunch break and was very disappointed at the turn around tune for the correct meal
After a day of hanging out with my 11 year old daughter. There is nothing more satisfying than a blizzard night cap. Sorry no pictures....we ate them
