On 5/24 at 10:34 am as I had my taste buds geared for some Church’s chicken. You have staff that’s literally watching you knock on the door wanting to be served and they walk away with a blind look.Instead of informing the public of what’s going on. I then pull around to the drive through there’s a sign displaying closed for maintenance, I don’t know if that’s the speaker box or the entire store. I also see there is a 80 health code posted. I glad I didn’t eat here anyways. GROSS!!! ?
This is absolutely the worst Church's I've ever visited. I nearly gave up on this restaurant until I ate it from another store. At this location the owner seems to over use the same oil or is recooking old chicken. They have been constantly bad. It took me several months to try them again after eating there 6 months prior. I think the owner is just cheap.
Chicken fried soft like kfc, church's is known for crispy chicken.No seasoning just deep fried .Mashed potatoes also very flavorless.It seems to me this franchise is not using traditional recipe.The staff not very pleasant,not a good experience.
We tried this after Popeyes let us down so much and this place made us decide that we just aren't going to get friend chicken out anymore. The food didn't have good flavor, the color of the food proved the oil wasn't fresh and the staff made us feel like we were causing them a huge inconvenience by trying to place a dinner order.
I’ve been coming to church’s chicken for several years. It was always an affordable option compared to Popeyes or KFC. I went there today and that all changed. I usually come by and you can always expect a good value or depend on seeing a deal or special. Unfortunately even church’s has drastically increased in prices. The 8 pc dark chicken only is now 13.99 when you were able to get a family 8 pc for less than that price not too long ago. Now I understand why the Popeyes line is always wrapped around the building while churches may have 1 or 2 cars in the line. I don’t frequent fast food restaurants as it is, but with all prices on the rise this will be yet another reason to avoid.
The service was excellent and the chicken was perfect. I placed my order in drive thru and it was ready when I got to the window.
Quick enough service. Order was wrong, they left off the sides, max and cheese was cold , ordered a large and it was only half filled. Chicken was hot and good but otherwise don’t recommend
Manager JB is great asset to location. Customer service skills are on point. He took time to listen and repeated order for accuracy. Food was delivered correct and hot.
Staff was standing around talking ! One female staff was standing in PLAIN View behind the counter eating bare handed. Honestly it was RATCHED!!!! Do better. The actions of the staff today 1/2/2022 were NOT ACCEPTABLE! NO RECEIPT WAS GIVEN. POOR COMMUNICATION!
Difficult to approach the drive through, long wait to order, rude order taker would not let me talk, long wait at window. This was starting on a Tuesday at 11:45 AM when they should be ready for the lunch rush. Won't be back to this location. To add insult to injury, the order was incorrect.
