This place is point on. A little slow at the beginning, of course only 1 waitress that day on Wednesday. May have been faster, we could have ordered from the tablet, but we are old school. The waitress was excellent. Our orders were correct, she made sure we had what we needed. Checked on us, and the food was outstanding. Very delicious. Great visit that exceeded expectations. With so many restaurants and businesses affected by being short staffed, this was one restaurant who had it going on. Thumbs up.

The best service I've had a tattoo he's in a very long time I had a Be Our Guest coupon due to the fact that orders previously closer to my house have been not satisfactory. Came in tonight I told my oldest child they can't all be that way and they aren't!!! Candis is absolutely fabulous she came back to check on us, refills are drinks, and just overall great attitude. Chandler made sure that we got our to go order, it's been a while since a food Runner actually made sure that our to go order was adhered to. VERY VERY PLEASED!!! I live in Lawrenceville by will GLADLY RIDE a few extra minutes to see these employees!!! GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

Service was incredibly slow for curbside pickup. I was notified my order was ready, I checked in and waited outside 15 minutes. I eventually had to call inside to have someone bring ny order to me. This isnt the first time this has happened. I've had to go inside to pickup my order even after requesting curbside....and its never ready. Even when they mark it ready for pickup.

I'm giving some latitude to Chili's in this review because they were clearly understaffed when we went in. That said, there were some basics just being forgotten here. The floor clearly hadn't been swept all day, the staff seemed oblivious to the detritus on the floor, and for some reason I honestly can't convey (despite my asking), they were using plastic utensils. To me, plastic utensils are unforgivable in a sit down restaurant. Trying to cut anything tougher than sandwich bread with a plastic knife is a lesson in frustration. It's not a good look. Our server was pleasant, but clearly overtasked. She never refilled drinks, despite telling us repeatedly she was bringing refills. I believe she was doing the best she could, however. My wife's sandwich was "pretty good," in her words. She had a chicken sandwich with avocados and bacon (and probably other stuff). My burger, the Queso burger, was cooked to a nice Chernobyl level of overcooked, the toppings incredibly sparse (the pico de gallo might as well have been called a garnish), and the whole thing just... Bland. Lesson learned, I guess. I'll not order that again. The kids enjoyed their kid food, and once again the SW egg rolls were the brightest point of the meal.Overall, we were underwhelmed with Chili's today. They needed more staff, better quality control of the food leaving the kitchen, and some situational awareness with regards to the trashy floor. On a good note, they did know to hold the door so as not to completely demolish the server. In the end, I won't promise that I will never visit again, but this experience serves as a reminder of why I'm not a frequent diner.

Been a while since I've been to a chili's based on prior experiences at other locations but I was pleasantly surprised by this at Killian Hill and 78 location. My wife and I was promptly greeted and seated. Adult drinks were good( not watered down like most places)appetizers and entrees were good. Will definitely suggest to others!

I came here the other night after placing an order online. I was given a specific time that the order would be ready for pickup and when I arrived the order wasn’t ready. The crowd was steady and they didn’t seem overly busy. So the order not being ready at the exact time was fine, not a problem as that typically happens. However, I waited for a whole hour and still did not receive my food. I was only told repeatedly that the food wasn’t ready, but it was coming right up. After waiting for an hour, I just requested a refund. The manager on duty didn’t seem apologetic or even concerned. I would not recommend this location.

This restaurant doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. My boyfriend and I went to eat there tonight and let me tell you, this place should close down. We got there and there was no hostess whatsoever, so after waiting for 10 minutes, we decided to sit ourselves. Once we sat, this girl shows up in a really rude manner and tells us that we aren’t supposed to be sitting at the booths: we told her how no one was at the entrance and decided to sit ourselves. She was the hostess and didn’t even apologize, she seemed upset that we had sat ourselves. Then, a male server came out and asked what was going on; we told him the situation and he explained how at a certain time they just sat people at the bar. We said that was fine and we were willing to sit wherever they wanted, but then he said, “also, I don’t know how you guys got in, we are about to close, I don’t know why the doors aren’t locked yet” I politely asked him what time they closed (it was 9pm) and he said, “we close at 11pm”At this point, I was confused of why we were being treated like that.He seemed annoyed and honestly plain lazy cause we were gonna dine in at a time in which he wanted to go home. I said, “okay, we will leave since you seem rush to close” he seemed relieved and didn’t even apologize. Neither him or the girl apologized. Horrible horrible service. Never ever will I go back to this location.

I work here so I’m blessed to bring my friends and family to have great food and have great friends to chat with.

Had a wonderful lunch with my girls! Good Food!❤️
