This is my first time after the pandemic walking inside and when I walk inside to pick up my order my order there’s a man he’s a manager it doesn’t greet me like all the other Chick-fil-A‘s usually do there’s a man that just walks up to him after he saw me there he does not ask me what I need he continues to help the gentleman and after that he looks at me gives me iContact I still don’t get any hello what do you need he walks away I had to ask for my help it doesn’t seem like any of the other Chick-fil-A‘s FaceTime reason Lilburn‘s customer service is just horrible doesn’t make me feel welcomed at all
