We waited 30 minutes on Sunday March 27, we pulled off and noticed someone inside after we pulled off. They actually took the vehicle behind us order! No one ever acknowledged us on the intercom and we repeatedly said hello and honked the horn! All while the popeyes next door serviced 15-20 cars!
This is the ABSOLUTE WORST restaurant I have ever eaten at!!! The Lilburn, GA location has never been able to fill an order for me correctly. It’s always just one single meal for myself. Last week, they asked me to pull up to the front (after ordering from drive thru and waited over 30 minutes while I watched at least a dozen cars behind receive their meals from the window. I ordered a fish & shrimp meal. I had to park, walk inside, re-order & wait another 15 min.Decided to try again tonight. Was given a dirty look from the girl working the window & another guy came to the window & handed me a bag with something completely different than I ordered, no napkins, fork or requested condiments. These employees need to be replaced or retrained extensively. I feel like I have been blatantly robbed and disrespected every time I have been here.
February 1, 2022 Skin tone cost me $ 7.50 plus and no fish dinner. Family had a taste for grilled fish. Traveled from Shilo High off Hwy 78 to this location on Lawrenceville Hwy., because the location on Hwy 78 has a broken grill. Got back to Hwy78 items in bag not what I paid cash for. Drove back; tall slim white person told me my order was wrong before I could tell him. He refused to refund my money because it had been more than 45 minutes. No more of my hard earned money will be spent in this place. May God have mercy on you.order paid cash. Got all the way back to Hwy 78 the order was wrong
The quality of the food is acceptable but they need to measure their ice on the drinks????my Large coke is filled more with ice than coke???♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️
I would like to give major kudos to the staff at this Lilburn location..........great personalized and attentive service, the food was amazing!!......Would drive the extra 5 miles out of my way to get this kind of service and incredible food from this crew tonight! This location is AWESOME!
I am so wary of restaurants and fast food restaurants, because I believe customer service has all but been forgotten. At any rate, I stopped by this captain D's expecting normal rudeness and indifference, but the voice at the drive thru was pleasant..even better, friendly and welcoming. Then I get to the window, and saw the brightest smile and a "How are you?" Keeva was her name, and I just have to give her a kudos. She is the reason for this 5 star review. Her personality will take her places, and I will try to only frequent this captain D's going forward.
