The waitress was very nonchalant and rolled her eyes when asked to come back for a question . Just gave the vibes that she didnt want to be there which in turn made me not want to be there either . Hospitality and customer service is non existent here . Will not be returning .
Paid over 30 dollars for the tiniest wing that had no meat on them, terrible wing place.
I've been going ever since 2004 when I moved to the Gwinnett area, right around the corner. At one point, everyone knew me by my first name (smiling). I have NEVER had a bad batch of wings and I was going there about 2-3 times a week. Have since turned on many friends to that location. Although I have moved away from the area about 10 years ago- (still in Gwinnett though), I still frequent the place at least once a month. Service has always been at least fair but never bad. Typically, they have a young crew waitressing, nonetheless, I have never had any issues. To any one who has had a bad experience- Give them another shot!
Good food and despite only seeing one server it was good service.
Food is great I reccomend you order take out and double check it's correct mistakes happen like I said Food is great but service is WACK I think staff is on something drugs/alcohol they just remodeled it gives it a fresh new look however if you don't correct the issues you have with staff internally your customers are going to keep having not so good experiences like I said food is great but the staff could use a little bit of work I've had two bad dining experiences back to back the only reason I'm giving a 3 stars is food
Ordered 10 wings and fries. The fries sucked and the hot wings weren't even spicy
Order 50wings gave me only 38wings...What the F????????After completing them, bring me 12wings more. ( if don't complain????)

How can I give zero stars?? Omg. When I got home, I opened this container to hard, old, overcooked wings.. the quality was no my biggest issue. I called to tell them about the order and the poor girl that answered w opulent get the manager on the phone… there’s so much I need to say on this review about my experience on the phone when I called concerned about the wings, but I do not have the energy.. please people….. do not glorify this place by being a customer. They are horrible peopl. We all need to support businesses that care about their customers.. please do not go there…….. thank you.
Their house fried rice is DELICIOUS! And their blue cheese dressing is my favorite.
