I just waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes for soggy food that was cold and WRONG. so sick of this location - I am calling corporate

I was hungry! Drive through was fast and order was correct. Fries were fresh and hot! My choice in that area.

Junior burrito wraps had mold CLEARLY seen if you pay attention when wrapping . These were ordered for kids under 6 so I would imagine someone to show some concern… The “Manager” who answered my call didn’t seem to care and would ONLY refund the burritos . I need a full refund because we threw ALL the food away due to carelessness!!! My children could’ve gotten sick ….. I ended up contacting corporate needless to say…

This an awesome Burger King in all seriousness. The Staff is very nice and the food comes out really well most of the time. A lot of BK's have gone way down hill i drive out of my way to get to this one. The one is Snellville is terrible. It's Five Forks Trickum BK for the win.

I'm not a huge fan of Burger King, less so now than ever. But it's just the food. Back when I was younger however, this was the place to be. And the staff was very nice. So.......four stars.

Your customer service is terrible, I needed help with something on the menu and nobody would pick up. It’s a so sad. I decided to go to the mcdonald’s across the street.

Ordered using the app so could pick up on the way home from shopping. 4 rodeo burgers and 2 chicken sandwiches. Get to the drive thru and wait 10 minutes for order, no one else was in line. Get home and discover that none of the burgers had patties on them. Call them and told to bring them back. We do. Have to go back through drive thru since dinning room is not open. Hand them bag of messed up burgers, get a "sorry for that". Couple of minutes later get bag back with "corrected" order. I swear they were the same ones we handed back to them, just this time they put patties on them. Really sucks because we prefer BK over McDs.

Placed mobile order for drive thru pickup only to realize the store is closed and car blocking drive thru at 8:00 PM. Had to get refund by contacting customer care. Looking at other reviews that actually got served can easily avoid this

Received 3 cold sandwiches. Which was a surprise because we were the only car in the dt and it took them a while to give us our food. Confused as to how so many reviews have expressed this EXACT SAME SENTIMENT. They’re serving cold food and can’t be bothered to heat it up and none of upper management has bothered to fix it. Trash management must be the problem.

The guy raised his voice giving us a lecture critiquing how we were ordering then proceeded to correct every item we stated. He still got part of the order wrong because he was so busy talking over us and they left out a sandwich, some of the patties were cold, and one of the other sandwiches was just a sopping wet mess.
