I would put 0 star if it was available.Worst service I’ve ever seen in any fast food restaurants. Employees got no uniform on, service was slow, they’re were busy chitchatting rather then taking the order and giving it to customer so they can eat while its still warm. My food was cold. And yes, saw one customer dropped the whole cup of soda near their counter by accident and employees including the supervisor was present at that time handed the customer a mop so customer can clean it up. Not going over there anymore.
I’ve had their whopper and the quarter pounder.My issue with places like McDonald’s and BurgerKing is they obviously use frozen beef Patties that have been striped of all moisture. Which means you get dry burgers with a bunch of seasoning to give it flavor. It isn’t a quality burger.You would be much better off buying fresh ground beef and making your own delicious burger which would be much healthier.The fries are also frozen and inferior quality.With no special seasonings or sauces.This place gets 1/5 stars for me.
Do not recommend this place to anyone. Need better staff and management. This location has bad service and supposedly doesn't have everything that's listed on the menu. It was the middle of the day with a manager and employee and they were turning everybody away that wanted to eat there. The staff was slow and don't know how to run this restaurant. Doesn't even care about cleaning, customers, or even the proper way of wearing gloves while making food.
At least 3 employees and they all ignored me. It’s not like they were busy getting out drive thru orders. This location doesn’t have a drive thru. Not the first time this has happened. They all seemed like they’d rather catch up on the latest TikTok rather than serve a customer.
Really bad attention, really slow and they change my order and even tho, they did not chage it. Never coming back again, and if you wants a really good attention, please don't come here.
criminally understaffed. Staff cycles pretty regularly so it can be hard to gauge level of service...it's either awful, or actually really good though. Not a huge fan of BK food though.
I cannot believe how slow this place is. The cashier is so slow. He has a nonchalant attitude and does not seem to care that people have somewhere to go. This is a “fast food” Restaraunt. Somebody let your staff know. Where is the manager? You have 2 kids running this place. Do better Burger King.
Went in this afternoon to try a new menu item and there was only one staff member and she was taking orders and having to turn right around to fill them — it was really sad! She was still really nice to us despite having to do the work of at least two people. Our total wait was around 20 minutes. She called a coworker on the phone asking “where are you?” That poor woman was still professional while being overworked.About 15 minutes into waiting — I’m assuming the manager (heavier-set woman with red/auburn hair) strolled with no urgency — she then took over orders so the other woman could cook. Finally they called our order and we waited at the counter to leave because we needed sauce. The manager didn’t once acknowledge us so we had to interrupt her to ask for sauce as we were already there 20 minutes.We paid $9 for a variety of small items that needed probably at least three or four sauces. We asked for BBQ and Marinara and the manager walked over, grabbed one of each and dropped them rudely into my hands and walked off.I know it’s not a big deal and it’s just BK, but the lack of minimum professionalism and customer attention was unacceptable!I’m still gonna eat here though because it’s convenient but my experience was trash lol.
I left without buying anything !!! the rude brunette cashier! edge! unfriendly! and did not understand anything of what he asked! horrible deal! I hope it doesn't last another day! people really need and want to work and they don't make customers feel bad! hour cashier 2:40 pm November 9!
Heavy set black lady is extremely rude, and has her kids there in the dinning room crying out loud like seriously who takes their kids to work. She just needs to quit working and stay home with her kids, with that nasty attitude she has its best if she stays home. She is a miserable lady and treats customers poorly. MANAGER GET RID OF HER.....
