While in the drive thru waiting for someone to acknowledge me all of a sudden I here " what do you want to order" I should have left then but I was hungry. After ordering now at the window to pay, when I asked for ketchup I was ignored got my food, (no ketchup) I leave. Pulled into a parking spot to eat and everything thing was cold and the bun was hard ? I threw the food in the trash went home and made ramen
I just left there I got a chicken sandwich and a whopper The sandwich was not bad at all really good, on the other hand the whopper was horrible there is no way that was made todayTasted like a burger it was cooked a couple days before on a grill at homeIt was the dryest thing I cannot even finish it it was so bad no way in hell it was me today will never Go back!
I have never had to leave a review or take the time to complain but This Burger King has rude employees. The Guy that was taking orders in the drive through was very rude taking orders, rude taking my payment, and rude handing my food! No recipe was given and on top of everything I feel he purposely handed me the wrong order. Despite the rudeness, I was polite and said thank you because I never want anyone to do anything nasty to my food!!!!! I called once I got home and learned the order was wrong and someone kept answering and immediately disconnected the line. I finally spoke with someone who apologized to me about the experience and informed me that the guy name is Jostyn! I informed him that Jostyn don’t need to be involved with the customers with that type of negative energy! Jostyn needs to find another job that he’s happy at because he has some serious issues as if we choose the job for him.
DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATIONOne of the drive-thru employees stole my credit card number and used my card to spend $75 before I was able to cancel it. The owner proceeded to barely acknowledge my concern and as far as I am aware the employee is still working there.YOU WERE WARNED!
I was excited to eat at Burger King in awhile, but once I order it, it wasn’t worth of what I paid for. I found 3 hairs total in my burger and the French fries. Also the meat was cold and the cheese weren’t even melted. It was disgusting and disappointing.
Well managed Burger King store! We enjoy the Impossible Whopper they provide for vegetarian eaters!
Most of the toppings were were left off the the whopper. By the Time We got home with it they had closed. My husband was very very disappointed as this was a rare treat. Shame on those workers too lazy to complete their task.
Thursday, December 12th at about after 8pm.. tonight. WOW. Such great customer service.. These people are really slow and chill and I love how they only wanted cash not card... there was this woman who worked there who had a great personality and kept repeating wow outside because,really. every time I tried to correct the order when they got it completely wrong she would say wow outside the building. Kinda weird. I mean good fast customer service from a fast food restaurant is no longer expected. But I know what to expect from burger King now. I have seen better . Every other burger king and fast food restaurant is just as great and most definitely better. I had to go to another BK not on 29 and Killian/Indian trail but near 85 and Indian trail.
Fast good food. no wait like at all. not so great customer service. I take back what I said about the food too. And I had to wait over 25 minutes..
Good clean restaurant. The wait was manageable. Seems the place was being run efficiently despite the crowd. Food came out hot and quickly in spite of the long line. Always smells really good outside of Burger King restauarants. ?
