I asked for an original zaxbys signature sandwich meal. I get to the window to pay and also asked for a zax sauce. The girl said they were out of the sauce. I said well what did you put on the sandwich because it comes with the sauce. She comes back and says they made some and hands me the bag.... WHAT? I looked inside the bag and there were 2 nibblerz on a bun with 3 pickles the size of a dime along with a dot of what looked like zax sauce. It was disgusting. THE NEXT TIME YOU DONT HAVE WHAT A CUSTOMER' ASKS FOR JUST SAY SO! I was to annoyed to get back on line.....
I usually go inside to eat, and the food came relatively quick (granted, it wasn't that busy when I went). Fries could've been more seasoned but overall, pretty good :)
Even though I came around 12:30 which was a busy lunch time my order was perfect, my salad was perfect and the person on the drive-thru speaker was friendly.
By far the worst location I’ve been to. It’s always something and they can’t seem to ever get my order right. Oh and don’t complain to management unless you don’t mind being told to go somewhere else. They continue to short you of your food especially fries. For instance today I ordered two fries and received one with way less than the other and this isn’t the first time this has happened. I also ordered boneless wings and asked for heavy sauce/drenched (meaning I want the wings completely covered in it). Sure enough I still received them missing sauce in many places smh. They do what they want in that kitchen but sure do like to charge extra for everything. Unbelievable. It sucks there aren’t more locations close by because this one isn’t it.
This place us the pits. I ordered Cobb salad my usual, if you want chicken it's extra on all salads. It's suppose to include tomatoes,cucumbers,and bacon well No bacon and little pieces of tomatoe. I am discussed. No more zaxbys for me. This is about my third and final time of being discussed.
The people were nice but the food was horrible. The fries were so soggy and wet. There's no excuse for that. Would suggest eating somewhere else.
I have visit this zaxby’s a few times for lunch it’s always something with this location. This time I am writing a review. Ordered 2 salad once when open bag no dressing. Order salad no fried onions. Order salad and no fork. Order salad less chicken and stale hard dry toast . Order salad for lunch no fried onion and less chicken. Be consistent !! Not to mention how long you wait in drive-thru line. Not going back!!

Why are consumers still visiting this location and they won't open their lobby. COVID is not the reason anymore because there are other locations which have their lobby's available. Refuse to wait in that long drive-thru...
It was okay, fried chicken isn't my favorite but I'd eat here again
