I placed an order through uber eats to this location. They excepted the oder. After an hour and three uber divers trying to pick up the order I finally called to find out that they did not have the salad. They refused to cancel the order so I had to sent another 10 minutes on the phone with customer care while another driver was dispatched to pick up the order. They staff thought the it was funny.

The workers that worked on night shift (6/2/2022) are very rude and have no kind of customer service. I called twice and was hung up on. I kept calling until a very young immature lady answered the phone. I asked to speak to the manager and another immature young lady got on the phone, so I explained to her what my issue was and she did absolutely nothing about the situation she just thought it was funny, so I asked for corporate’s number. She told me to hold on and left me on hold and then hung up. I kept calling back, but I kept getting hung up on or a busy signal. I usually don’t make complaints because nothing is never done about the situation but free food and I don’t want free food. If you ask me if you don’t have good customer service then you shouldn’t have a job. I ended up having to call another store to get the information that I needed, and to my surprise they knew exactly what store I was talking about. I was even told that the cooks from the other stores don’t even like coming to this store because the workers are RUDE! I will not be ordering from here again. Get better workers or new management because the service sucks.

I’m not sure why I continue to give this location second chances. They never get my order right.. today they gave me boneless wings instead of the traditional I ordered which cost more money. They were only serving from a limited menu and the drive thru wait was still 20 minutes. Take the extra time and just go to the sugarloaf location. It is literally night and day.

I just ordered online at 10pm.they close at 11pm and took my payment and said my order would be ready at 9:28pm. These lazy ppl don't closed the store with 4 online orders waiting outside for their order. Said I have to cancel my order myself. I ordered as a guest. Why didn't yall call me n tell me before I wasted my gas! I'm so furious!!!! Wasted my time to come here now everything closed thanks

Waited in line for 15 minutes just to be to I had to order mobile only. Ordered mobile at the speaker and then was basically ignored for another 15 minutes at which point I drove off. Absolutely just avoid going to this location. If you really want Zaxby’s driving even 5 miles will get you food much more quickly. Wouldn’t be surprised if they go out of business soon.

Drive-thru order today around 5:00pm and was told OUT of boneless wings, which is main reason I went. So I ordered finger plate instead. When I got to the window to receive my food, I asked for a specific sauce for my chicken because I didn't think of it at the time of ordering. They told me it was going to be $0.25 for each sauce, because my chicken already came with (Zaxby's) sauce. If THAT is the case, you should ask the customer what sauce they want with their chicken instead of assuming everyone wants the Zaxby's sauce. I did not pay the $0.25+ for requested sauce, because I had already paid $30+ for my family's meal. When I got home, our food was cold, especially the fries which had absolutely no seasoning on them. Really disappointed and won't be back.

Placed an order through the app. called the store a young lady kept telling me to go through drive thru but I watched her deliver orders to cars. I told her what I saw and she hung up!Then we waited 20 more min for our order and they came out to say they didn't have the sauce. 10 min later the order arrived and they gave me food I didn't order her excuse was we don't have boneless wings. So they asked me what sauce I wanted just to change the entire order and gave me whatever sauce they thought I should have on my food. So 40 min after waiting guess what the order is wrong and the service was terrible!!!!

Okay so I’m trying to understand… First I placed my order online, I get to the store my order isn’t ready and they are out of sweet and spicy wings. Okay cool switch it out. But now I ask for my cups for the DRINKS (plural) and they’re telling me they have no LIDS. Now how am I suppose to drive with two drinks NO LIDS and the girl at the front looking at me like I’m asking for too much?! Smdh never will be coming back to this location and I would never recommend anyone ordering from here either…..THENNNNN it doesn’t end there after I waited 20mins for my order they gave me a totally wrong order. NEVER AGAIN!

I LOVE Zaxbys. Unfortunately this is just a bad one.I've given them a dozen chances sense it is the closest location to my house. However it never fails they mess the order up and are in desperate need of someone who knows how to properly order inventory. They're always out of something. Napkins, ranch, everything.I'm not usually one to complain about my order being messed up, but there's no reasonable way to go about correcting their mistakes so they constantly get away with it. The lobby is closed and they will not open the door, even if you were just in the drive through. And the drive through is usually wrapped around the building. So you can sit another 30 minutes in the drive thru and wait for them to correct the mistake or let them get away with it, which is usually what happens.I shouldn't have to wait in a wrapped around line because someone forgot to put ranch in the bag.Lastly the meals are just sadly thrown together. I've never had a skimpy looking Zaxbys meal anywhere other than this location. Skimps on fries and the chicken tenders can barely be considered that. Nuggets would be more accurate.Save yourself and go to a different location.

I literally despise this Zaxby's. They make you wait forever in the drive thru and if you're ordering through Uber/Door Dash, they don't even make your food. Literally inconvenient for the Delivery Driver and customers.
