This place has gone downhill in so many ways. This was my go to spot every Friday night. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and keep thinking it will get better. The last 4 times I have ordered the food quality is absolutely horrible every single time my order is always messed up they never get it right. When you stand in line and not place a pickup order, be prepared to wait about a good 30 minutes to just get to the cashier. The readiness of the food is somewhat quick but then it’s always cold and ALWAYS wrong. I am always having to ask for this and that which should of been included with the purchase of my order. The staff is totally clueless on what to do when prepping food and all over the place. The restaurant itself is absolutely disgusting and so dirty especially in the fountain drink area and cross contamination at it’s finest. Hopefully with enough bad reviews maybe it will change and be the your pie it’s supposed to be
By far the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. I opened the box and was met with terrible presentation(as shown in photo). Crust was soggy, tasteless and burnt in some places. The chicken was rubbery and of low quality. And the rest of the toppings were bland and undercooked. Was a total waste of my money and the it took to drive there. I won’t be retuning.
I just love the creative way I can create my personal 10 inch pizza to my liking, with all the fresh toppings at my command! Your Pie is really your pie the way you like...
Previously I rated this higher but it appears the entire staff has changed. They are all in trying and slow. They have toppings in a different order and reach across one another to complete the pizza. There is no dedicated cashier and although more than 6 pizzas were assembled they do not go into the oven until cashed out. The cashier did one customer and waited for those to come out before cashing out the next party. Both times most of the Coke freestyle flavors were out. Today there were 3 flavors available. I asked for my money back and was directed to 20oz bottles but there were no diet and only fruit flavors. My wife got her pizza bur I still did not have my salad because they have no salad dressing. I asked for my money back and the manager went to the back, she drowned my salad and made a smart sarcastic comment. Note I. The photo the amount of dressing. They were also out of Fresh mozzarella, green peppers, onion, and salami. The service is getting awful.
Enjoy eating here. My family and I are very specific in how we order our pizza and they do a great job making our pizza. Today I ordered pizza lightly cooked and it came out a little darker than normal but tasted great. It wasn’t a big deal. They apologized and gave us cheese bread. Really nice atmosphere and great workers.
The reason why I'm giving this place a one star isn't about the food. The pizza was delicious and made perfectly. The service....not so much.Here's the problem: after they placed my order, my pizza was in the oven to be cooked along with 2 other orders. There was a girl taking the pizzas out of the oven and placing them into boxes, she seemed to be new. Another girl came and was helping the new girl placing the pizzas into boxes but most of the time they were talking....and not paying attention. I was patiently waiting for it but 10 minutes became 20.Somehow, my order was given to a customer who had an online order and had been waiting almost ten minutes. The two female employees placing pizzas into boxes then realized that they didn't have my pizza so, one employee tried to rectify the situation and REMADE my pizza even though her shift was technically over.When my pizza came out of the oven, the new employee just cut my pizza, placed into the box, left it on the table and didn't bother to give it to me. I took my pizza, said thank you, and left, to which I heard the two female employees laughing and giggling about my 'nonchalant' attitude as if I did something wrong.I understand that the employee was new, she was trying very hard to keep up with her job, the other employee distracted her greatly. But, there's a time to work and there is a time to socialize. When you learn how to do both, then, you can multitask. Don't let others distract you.
Pizza is alright, but I ordered a 14inch and pizza is very small the box may be 14 inch but no the box, i remember when subway were sued cause sandwich was not foot long , i see it coming on the way, next time i take papa john’s , pizzq didnt even get to 12inch
We love Your Pie’s pizza, but this location has gone down hill in the past couple of months! I waited today for a carry out order for almost 30 minutes past when I was told it would be ready. Mind you they were not busy and there were 4 employees behind the counter. One of the employees was on her phone almost the entire time I was waiting as the others were very casually completing their job (there was no sense of urgency at all). Sadly too, the pizzas were not made well with the bare minimum toppings. My daughter ordered meatball and chicken and had maybe a total of 5-6 pieces. When they handed me my pizzas I had to ask to pay, she walked back off without even mentioning my total. It’s sad to see this location not running well! The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because we enjoy the pizza, otherwise the service has been lack luster.
Pizza was good. We've been to many of these and always like them. This place was less ideal in comparison. The beer list was poor. The one good beer I ordered they were out of, and the others they had were just boring. The seating area was really small, just a handful of tables inside next to the counter, drinks, and bathroom, and then a bigger area outside, but it just wasn't as comfortable. So, it was fine, just not what I expected walking in.
The staff seemed so miserable. You could tell they did not want to be there. My pizza didn’t look as appetizing as it should have.
