Had the best experience a this Wing Stop that I've ever had from any wing spot. Shy was amazing and got everything done, above perfection, if that's even possible! Everything done quickly, tasting phenomenal, cooked to perfection, and left me smiling from the second I walked in up until I finished eating the last bite, at home. Looking forward to my next wing craving! Thank you Shy and Wingstop.
Wow! This location use to be so trash. I have been living in the area for 10 plus years and at first this Wingstop was good, but then it got terrible. My normal wing spots were not open on Sunday, so I gave this Wingstop a try after reading some recent promising reviews. My wings were great and my fries were hot and crispy for the first time ever! My bag was not dripping in grease. Hopefully this is the new norm.
I wanted to take a second to thank the gentleman that works at this location. I have been a general manager in the customer service automotive industry for a very long time. I had a day last week that pushes any seasoned manager to the breaking point. I ordered my staff some wings as an excuse to leave the shop for a breather for a few minutes. This gentleman has character traits and customer service skills that no amount of money can buy. Let me say the wings were great but truthfully if they had been complete garbage I would still have been pleased with the purchase because of him and his customer service. Whoever the manager or owner of this company is needs to be glad they have in because I would take him as an employee in a heartbeat. This guy needs a raise. I didn’t catch his name but if he is read this review he will know it’s for him and know who it’s from. I even went back the next week to thank him personally and extend my offer for employment if he ever decides to get out of the wing business.
Fries were as cold as the cashier... Very short and dismissive. Fountain drink tasted like it hadn't been cleaned in a while... Not going anytime soon if ever !!!
I wasn't impressed with this Wing Stop because of bad quality of food & negligence. Rolls were cold, old and hard... plus missing from bag at first. I asked if they had any fresh rolls, the guy said they were made 20mins ago...I'm thinking well make fresh ones for me but his response told me he dgaf so I just dealt with it... my kids weren't impressed and didn't even finish their food saying weird taste/ flavor. Not going to this one ever again.
Needs to step their customer service game up! My boyfriend and I placed a carry out order online on NYE and when we went to pick it up we were told they TRASHED our order along with multiple others because they decided to close early without notice. They did not try to console us at all.
Called damn near 20x trying to add the blue cheese ranch dressing for my parmesian wing order and they didn't answer once. Customer service business not answering the phone???? Maybe busy or understaffed, but almost 20 calls? Cmon man. I'm an understanding dude to an extent.
Horrible! I've been to this location a few times and none of them ever prompted me to want to come back. Rude staff, not the cleanliest and long wait times. However, because I like Wingstop in general, i decided to do an online order for delivery. There was barely any sauce on the chicken and they missed the fries. When I repeatedly tried to call the store, no answer! After taking my time to do this review and seeing so many other bad ones, I will not be ordering from this place ever again. They definitely need new management.
Called 7:01pm 12/1/21 because the one in Snellville said they are closed today due to maintenance! This one doesn't have order online available either and doesn't even pick up th3 phone to tell you if they are closed or what. Can't wait until the one in Buford opens.
This wing stop is horrible, I'd give 0 stars if i could. They NEVER pick up the phone.Ordered delivery a few days ago and received an order that was completely wrong. Had to order delivery cause i cant stand the nasty smell in there.
