New place for me.Tried a bunch if items which all turned out great. Will make my list for another place to eat
This was my 1st time here. The wings were delicious. This may be my new wing spot! The waitress Sarah was SO helpful as well, explaining the menu and allowing me to sample different sauces. She was awesome. Definitely coming back.
We discovered this gem a month or so ago and have loved it since… until today. You can order online which is nice and as we still try to be safe pandemic wise, we typically order online and pick up just about every place we can. Today I placed my very simple and small order. It quote you about 20-25 minutes unless you do a timed pick up. I arrived 30-35 minutes later. The staff, one of which appeared to be a manager were fairly unpleasant and not at all in a hurry to get things done. The kindest person was the cashier and even then she wasn’t all that kind when she finally gave me my order over an hour after I had ordered online. Her, “Here. Sorry for your wait,” was quite insincere. They had one person working the kitchen with the manager going back every so often. They were out of a lot of items from what I heard her tell others but that likely is not their fault during these times. The manager was rude when I explained I had orders almost an hour prior and told me they were backed up. Every person who came in after me got their food before me. Yet I was quotes 20-25 minutes. The cook and manager were concerned about their cellphones and moving slowly as they worked. They even stopped to discuss the AC. When I got to my car, I tried a few fries… they were room temperature. I have orders from here a dozen times of so as it is so close to my house. This is the first time I have been disappointed but it was a BIG let down. A rough day in food service doesn’t mean you can treat your customers (who tip even for takeout) any sort of way, like they don’t matter. No excuse for that.
Great variety of flavors and consistently good wings. Recommended.
My husband and I went on date nights here a few years ago and I loved the wings. However, The 30 wings I got tonight was not the “Wing Ranch” I know. When I got home 15 miles away and seen what I purchased. They looked so old and I don’t know how to describe them, but it wasn’t it. #Disappointed
Ordered a Philly steak and cheese. I thought it was odd that I was asked if I wanted Peppers and onions. I thought that's what makes the sandwich or atleast tops it off. I guess everyone doesn't eat peppers and/or onions. Ok. None the less, my answer was yes I'd like Peppers and onions. Not one on my tiny, overcooked, dried out, old steak sandwich. I ordered ahead, was given a 15 -20 minute pick up time. Made it there in 20 minutes. Another 20 minutes before bad food was ready. The help wanted sign in the window should have read help-needed! So disappointed but I try to be fair and understanding. I will give them another try. I have to remember to take photos.
Food taste like it was frozen box fish!! Very expensive. The wings are not all that good.
Everything I order take out they forget something mostly my drinks. Ordered wings and ask for all flats and there were flats and drums.i go there alot for take out and my order always missing something. Not going any more.
Me and my fiancé love the food from here it fresh and delicious the cashier name Christina was so sweet and helpful she had a great customer service
I have just received my online lunch order and it is so disappointing. I have never in my life seen such a sorry excuse for a chicken wrap. It is 100% lettuce with a splash of chicken. I requested for my chicken to be tossed as well and it is bone dry. The fact that they charge $10 for this excuse of a lunch is beyond me and I will not be back.
