Went for lunch and sat in a long line to order. Waited at the speaker for 5-7 minutes and had no one help me. Said hello, no response. Finally rode up to the window and they refused to take my order or serve me and told me I had to get in the back of the line. Explained to them I had trouble with the speaker and asked if they could just take my order there. The manager refused and shut the window in my face. Unbelievable. Will never go back to this location. Every time I go there it’s something and this “manager” explains everything. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and needs to be fired for how she treats customers who are simply confused.
I just went to this location at 11:40 pm. I sat in the drive thru for awhile and nothing. I checked and they close at 12am. I drove to the window to possibly order and two employees ignored me. They both saw me and turned their heads. I went back to the drive through and said “hello” ….. crickets. Then I said “we’ll I’m going to just write a review. I wish I knew your names. I know one of y’all drive a red Dodge or Chevy.” Then the employee comes through the intercom and say “is there a problem?” I drove back to the window and the employee rolled her eyes and kept stocking cups. I left because I didn’t want to order and they do something to my food. Just ghetto. We all feel overworked and under paid but you’re at work so do your job!!!!
Came through the drive through today and what a huge disappoint with the food We were served from these people today. my spicy chicken sandwich was not fresh and I was soggy and Luke warm and dry as if it was sitting in their warmer all day long!!! Nastiest thing I ever ever ate. Then the fries were not fresh when they claim to serve fresh per order. And there overly salted. The bun on the jr bacon cheeseburger was stale. Then when I called the store to speak to speak to a manager, no one bothers to answer the phone. I called 4x total. Un believable! I could get sick eating this chicken sandwich!!! I complained on website and I definitely will not be coming back to this location after this experience!!
Worst Wendy’s you can go to in GA. I live near this Wendy’s and I’m not sure why I keep giving them so many chances to get it right ???. I guess it for the convenience of being so close by. But any way let’s get down to it. The food never taste fresh the drive through servo e is horrible. That’s all I got to say. You do t believe me go Try and see for your self. Go to another Wendy’s even if it’s out the way.
Poor customer service in drive thru. Poor quality food. Requested that my order be made to order; cashier passed me bag with luke warm food. I asked that it be fresh again, she took bag back and seemingly just held it bc the food was still lukewarm. I honked my horn to discuss with her and ask for a straw and she never returned. I won't return nor recommend.
Bright and sunny Wednesday afternoon, I’m sure they’re open accepting orders for the after work rush right? Nope! Not accepting orders at 5 pm. Guess they’re all being too nosy watching the person get arrested out front. I understand crazy things happen but you still have a business to run
We had to go through drive-thru because lobby was closed. We asked for our fries to be freshly made. Needless to say, they were not!! They were so bad we couldn't eat them. It's really sad when they advertise how wonderful their new fries are, and they ended up being the worst!!
Please don’t go to this location!!! Everytime i order here my food order was wrong or missing items. One time i had to go up there and they call they self giving me free food basically to hush. What’s crazy today i order on the app and push the button for pleasant hill location and what do you know they switch me to the sugar loaf location. I’m was instantly upset cause i knew before my food came that it was gone be wrong. Lorddddd Not odering off the app no more……
Burger was dry and fries not good at all. It was like they put a few fresh fries on the top of old ones that had been sitting there for a while.
Clean. Friendly service. Dine in or take out but as of 2/13/21 drive through only. Delivery can go through drive through as of currently. Plenty of parking. Off main highway. Sometimes this location doesn’t have certain items on the menu and sometimes do not have the exact change.
