This place is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. A small frosty and a soda cup that i fill up myself takes over 15 minutes in an empty restaurant???? 7 employees and there’s no sort of efficiency. I almost just asked for a refund, frosty didnt even taste good because I was so angry at the service.
The crew no matter what shift is ALWAYS messing up my order.Now my lesson is learned I will try another Wendy's maybe the one on Sugarloaf Parkway. Hopefully they won't let me down.
Worst experience I've had at a fast food place in a minute. Forgot my fries and had to go in and was met with an attitude. Got home and there were not only onions that I asked without but the burger was smashed as well. There wasn't even anything heavy inside. Tried to call and talk to someone and it just continued to ring until the mailbox picked up to tell me it was full. Doubt I will ever return
Our order was missing a baked potato and a receipt. The Door Dash driver they used didn't check the order and turned a 20 minute delivery into an hour delivery. We tried calling, but the phone goes directly to a full inbox. The food was old and cold, so we're not very happy with the situation. However, after reading the reviews I am not surprised by my order.
The service was awful. Waited in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes. Once I made it to the ordering speaker I waited another 5. Then they took my order and once I had finished they proceeded to tell me it was cash only. This seems to be par for the course with Wendy's lately. They have fallen to the bottom of the barrel in service. Just awful. I'll go to any other fast food restaurant at this point.
I visit this Wendy's every morning during the work week and buy a honey butter chicken biscuit for a dear friend. I'm always greeted in a friendly matter at the intercom box and when I pull up to the window. The ladies there ROCK and there willingness to serve their customers really show. Keep up the good work crew!!!
Usually I have no complaints about this Wendy's but unfortunately I found a piece of hair. This is definitely not my hair. So no breakfast this morning because I can't leave work and I will never go back to that Wendy's.
Always hot fresh and fast when I come here to this location but the women can be more friendly towards customers. Not to say they are rude, just no personality whatsoever or enthusiasm whatsoever
Ordered a spicy chicken combo with sweet tea and a water plus some sauces. Got a grilled chicken combo, no water, and they charged me 50¢ a piece for the sauces. I've never been charged for sauces and they had to ring it up as something I didn't order in order to charge me.
I went through the drive through today at 1pm, there was a man working the drive thru, the register, and handing out food. I wish I had gotten his name. He was absolutely amazing. Definitely worth going back just for his fantastic service.
