This location is the WORST. Do yourself a favor, same time and go to the Bethesda Rd location. Waited 20 minutes just for someone to take my TO GO order. Another 30 minutes for the food. If I hadn’t already paid I would have been walked out. There was a heavily pregnant lady waiting for someone to take her order for about 20 minutes. She was the only customer standing there waiting, no line. A worker even walked up to her and told her to stand there until they can take her order. HUH? Why not just take her order right then and there, what’s so hard about taking her 30 second order ?? There was one male worker who didn’t look like he knew what was going on, just standing there waiting for orders. They let the phone ring and ring the entire time so don’t bother calling. When I finally got my food the order was wrong. Never going here again.
Yet another WH that can't stay open past midnight. Rude server's and waiter's that wanted to be confrontational when I brought up the fact that WF is supposed to be 24/7. Apparently we all just need to go home and make food for 1/20th of the cost. WH is no longer a staple of the community, it's just another "I work when I feel like it" kind of place. This is becoming quite common for all WF's. 4 months ago this one was great, and open 24/7. Now they seem to only work when the feel like it. Or maybe it is because I am not a darker complexion. If only Cracker Barrel was open 24/7, then I could possibly get some food. I am now completely done with WH forever. It is worse than Russian Rulette, and I can just stop at QT to get a snack with no kabitzing and complaining of having a job. See you later Kinda Sorta Waffle House. WH needs to find better employees, or pay better wages. I would imagine it is a little bit of both.
By far the BEST waffle House experience I’ve had. I went around 4 AM on a Wednesday morning and the 2 gentleman that were working there had EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. They were very friendly, pleasant and welcoming. And my food oh my gosh I ordered a T-bone steak cheese eggs hashbrowns scattered smothered and covered and it was SOOOOOOOOOO delicious. The location was clean matter fact the waiter was cleaning when I walked in. I Would give this location 10 stars if I could. If you’re looking to satisfy that late night Waffle House craving trust me this location will definitely exceed your expectations. I drove to three different locations until I stopped here and it was well worth it. Oh sorry I couldn’t give you a picture of my food I ate it so quickly it didn’t stand a chance lol. Whoever runs this location should be very proud of their night shift.
Employees at this location always get my order correct. I pass 3 Waffle Houses just to go to this one because they are extremely helpful and again, I stress, THEY ALWAYS GET MY ORDER CORRECT.
Excellent service and a.azing food even after midnight. Best waffle house experience had.
I feel that all of waffle houses could do a better job of clearing up the walls ,windows and floors.
Hello,I came here on a beautiful morning for some breakfast. I sat down and I ordered my food. In the meantime a lady walked in and sat in front of me. Every other table was dirty. The customer still sat there. The door corp came over to wipe the table down and she was trying to get Tylesha attention. Tylehsa responded and said why would u sit her there when the table was dirty, she also used profanity. If she wasnt on her phone she would have seen the guest sit down. There is no reason for her to talk to the door corp or anyone inhumane. Tylesha is scaring business away with her beligerent behavior
Great food as always but everybody and their grandmother was there busy but fun and friendly ?
I always get the patty melt plate with my hashrounds all the way & they fixed it to perfection! Very good cooks & staff!
The food is good, but it's very tedious ordering to go. They're literally have you standing there and look at you awkwardly until they decide to ask what you need. Then, they get a whole attitude when you say you're ordering to go. ? I wish they would just add delivery back.
