Walked in, only ppl there is us. Worker standing at register, didn't speak. So, we sit at the counter wait for a hello, a menu, any kind of acknowledgement.Nothing. Finally he looks at us. Never said a word. Just stared at us like What You Want. I said nothing and preceded to leave, then I see an Indian guy in the back sleep. ? ? ?
This was not a good experience at the waffle house. They were short help. The help they had was new and she was not trained well. The manager did not help at all. Poor service and poor food. So sad to see this happening.
Horrible place, came in the other day and no employees were in the building they were outside in their car smoking. Then came in tonight and there were available tables but they were dirty when i asked for them to be cleaned she ignored me . Ive tried to go here atleast 5 times and everytime had a problem. The cook is always the only one working.
When did Waffle House start closing at 9pm? Wait...when did Waffle House start closing period?! After I was told it was closed, I basically watched 5 cars come and go because none of us were aware that Waffle House closes!To top it off, the way we were told it was closed was not verbal. It was a hand signal. Guess I'll see what Pleasant Hill is talking about. Never again!

Ha. Visiting from California for Thanksgiving. Family meal didn't live up to turkey day expectations so had to swing by WH to soothe my appetite. Consistency, even while busy. Look forward to trips back East so I can get my fix!
Worst service I ever experienced once I went on the counter with my 24-year-old daughters they sat there and ignored me the whole time that I was in the restaurant once sat down still would not let me pay for my order and then someone rudely spoken and told me that I had to wait for my food I had already been there for 40 minutes this is the worst customer Service out of all waffle houses I eat there at this establishment at all locations but this location has problems every single time they don’t care about time they don’t care about being polite to people that walk in and the worst thing is they use profanity in their stores while you’re with your children I really recommend that you never eat here and I really don’t need anybody to reach out to me because this waffle house location of lost my business forever and I will make sure that I took every single person that I encounter ever about the service that they have at this location
Worst experience ever. Waffle maker didn't work but still taking orders instead of telling us. Waffle was split open. She made another one and same and did I told u that is how it comes. Very nasty attitude. Waitress daughter was at the table alone behind us. She had to keep attending too. Waited so long for her to bring the bill we just went to the register. Worst waffle house ever. Don't recommend eating here
I had the scattered, covered, smothered, diced, chopped hash rows, raisin toast, and bacon and it was incredible! And of course Waffle House makes the BEST coffee.
One of the best breakfast spots around. Delicious bacon every time. Many options available. Always satisfying.
