Don’t bother calling in an order she won’t answer the phone. Be sure to only sip your drink because you will not get a refill. Be open to whatever order she calls in to be cooked for you. Be sure to prepare yourself for lots of HUH? And total rude talk and zero respect or customer service. I will say at least she is working but she really needs some training to become a better waitress. No knowledge of how to speak to customersWill not return if she is working Terrible
Such a great time here! Caught some dinner with some coworkers and we were served by the amazing Miss Beau. You’re lucky if you get a chance to chat with her! Great service and great food, shout-out to our cook, Philip, who was also very kind. Highly recommend this spot and is a standout amongst other Waffle Houses. This one is truly a Waffle Home!!
Came at 10:30 PM and there were only 3 parties. One cook who was on top of his job but the server Khobi or Kholei was completely clueless. Only put down half the flatware, couldn't take more than one part of an order at a time, then brought coffee and didn't ask about creamer or a spoon. Took too long getting food to the table - my hashbrown bowl was lukewarm. Spent 10 minutes trying to add up our bill. If she is new that is one thing, but why is there not another waitress training her? I am hesitant to return if I see her working.

We usually come in to eat here on most Fridays for lunch and the service is always good and the food is great. Our server Lauren is always friendly and makes it a good experience!

Good food and fast service
The customer service from the day time waitresses is very nice. They really pay attention to the customers needs. These two ladies are great. They need a raise and they are what keeps customers coming back to this location. This location is by far the best waffle house on Buford drive for customer service.
