This location deserves a 0!!! I’ve been come here 3 times & each time has been a DISAPPOINTMENT!! This last time, they have the open sign on, they’re scheduled to be open until 9 pm, it’s 4:23 in the afternoon, there are employee inside and I asked why they’re closed. They have absolutely no reason why.

I would like to say this place is delicious on both the smoothies and the food. Although the staff doesn’t take pride in making the for consistent. The food is prep sloppy and messy. The smoothies on other hand are perfect. I would give a 5 star review if they stepped up and smile and take pride in the quality of the food served.

All the people who work here are young kids. High school or college aged. I went in, and I had a lovely experience with the cashier. I was going to tip and apparently the OWNER WHO IS NAMED MIKE decided that these lovely kids don’t get the tips or all the tips. The cashier who served me stated one week they only received $5 one week in tips. Everytime I go the tip jar has at least $5-$10 in some bills and some more money in change. Also, if the smoothie makes accidentally make extra apparently they’re instructed to throw away the extra. I watched extra just get dumped down the drain multiple times I’ve been there myself. That is the most wasteful thing I’ve ever heard of. I won’t be returning because of the owner’s unethical practices. I didn’t hear it from only one person either, so I confirmed before I just decided to post the review. They don’t get paid enough anyways to deal with that. The place obviously has 3 out of 5 stars for a reason. No wonder the kids don’t want to work hard if they’re get under $15 an hour and not even receiving tips.

Good Food. Sometimes they can get really busy and you'll be missing everything out your flat bread, smoothie will be some what nasty, and they'll forget to give you a straw. Make it your priority to check for everything. I'll attach a picture of the edible strawberry straw I wanted to try for the 1st time.

Came to order a smoothie and a wrap today and the customer service was absolutely horrendous. The two black girls that are in charge of food should not be working there- they will make you get out of business. I waited for 5 minutes and I had to literally say hello before someone serves me. Not worth it. Not even worth $5

I’ve visited this location several times and I have celiac disease so I have to be mindful of what I eat. I typically order the same items when I frequent a location. I absolutely LOVE their Detox Island Green super veggie smoothie and that alone is good enough where I don’t really need to order a food item but I still choose to do so most of the time. I typically order the Southwest Breakfast Wrap from their all day breakfast menu and even though it is not necessarily a gluten-free food item, I don’t have a reaction from it and it tastes very delicious. I have also eaten their Hummus veggie wrap but I felt like I wouldn’t like it so much due to the rice not being softer but it could just be me, and I’ve had their Cajun Shrimp Wrap which is definitely delicious! I have eliminated mostly from my diet but every now and then I do and when I do I make sure it is processed as little as possible. It’s a bit of trial and error on my health journey. Regarding cleanliness of the store, I noticed the store is well kept and customer service is proving attentiveness and patience between all the staff as I’ve visited on different times and days frequently and they are consistent with accommodating each and everyone of their customers even with the difficult customers, they manage them all from my observation with kindness and true care. Definitely a location that I will continue to return to!

I enjoy coming to Tropical smoothie the customer service is simply amazing. I definitely enjoy seeing the day crew zena and Karen and othersThey have excellent customer service skills and with skills like there’s they will be very successful in the corporate world.

Definitely prefer this location over the Suwanee one. I never have an issue with my orders, and the food tastes fresh every single time. My day gets made whenever I see Zena, AJ, and Karen ?

I was really enjoying my smoothie, so much that I decided to take the lid off to get the last of it. Then I discovered two very long hairs in my cup ?

I was grabbing food next door & popped my head in to let this cafe know their trashcan outside was overflowing, to the point that tons of trash was falling out of the top and blowing across the sidewalk. Not even to mention all the trash on the side of the building. I got the attention of an employee and let him know, and his response was "oh yeah, we don't do that, someone usually comes and gets it". Uh, alright then. The equivalent of "that isn't my job". Inside the cafe is dirty as well, sticky floors, grimy counters, etc.Chipotle right next door had perfectly emptied & clean trash cans so I'm unsure why they're able to handle this and not this cafe, considering there was a line out the door at Chipotle and only 3 people inside here.I don't know who to blame for this - the employee, the manager, or the owner, but I do know if you want people to come to your restaurant you should probably care about their first impression and if that's an overflowing, disgusting trashcan, probably doesn't say a lot for the cleanliness in the kitchen.
