We love most everything about HBH, even though they are very overpriced. Their ham and turkey is fantastic if you can afford it. I am not a fan of the pre-packaged meals we have purchased so far (stuffing, green bean casserole, broccoli casserole) and not recommend them. The pre-made gravy is delicious.
Long lines which went quickly
Showed great support to our basketball team just the lift of spirits they needed.As usual the "HAM" was spectacular !!Hasn't changed in the twenty six years that I've been a customer.If you haven't tried please do.
Great sandwich
The food and everything about the store is great, the only issue was the manager and store policies. They have you make a reservation online to pick up an order at a certain time and when you arrive, they have you wait an hour in line. That defeats the purpose for a reservation and having a time slot. Manager was very rude when asked why the need to wait in line if we had reservation, she gave us an excuse that people were also in line with reservation. So basically if anyone has a 4pm reservation, they can show up at 10am and get their food.
Will NEVER pre order from them again this was my first and last time! What was the purpose of the pre-order if one still has to stand in this line DISGUSTING !! I will not ever give them one dime I also have luncheons for several organazations I will never suggest ir use this comapany!
Since the store in Athens was sold out unless you had pre ordered(like, really? Not enough hams the day before Easter??), we drove to the Lawrenceville store where they had hams aplenty! Pricey to be sure, but so delicious.

Just grossed out and really angry about the hair in my sandwich. That was after missing one
They had so many people working for the Christmas rush. There were at least 25 people ahead of us, yet we had our ham within 10 minutes.
