Grabbed lunch here on Saturday 7/9/22 and we ordered 2 shrimp & chicken teriyaki meals. We ate the food as soon as we got home ( 5 minute drive) but less than an hour later one of us was sick and felt like vomiting and the other started feeling sick later in the evening. The food started to smell very bad once it sat in the microwave. I will not return to this restaurant.
I went for lunch with my husband yesterday, I got the chicken box with fried rice and my husband got salmon and shrimp with fried rice - super delicious! But beyond the food… the service was fantastic. I think it may have been the owner helping us, but if he wasn’t the owner - that employee took so much pride. Loved it! We will for sure be back.
I got a chance to go during lunch time with my sister Teresa and really enjoyed Teriyaki Box. The food was a 9.75 because I don’t give 10’s. The customer service was 9.94. The place was clean and faster service. Thanks sis for introducing me to this plac
I came here to try sushi for the first time and everything was very good and cooked perfectly and fresh ! , amazing customer service ! I can’t express it enough. Perfect amazing ! Everything was delicious. 5 stars for sure deserved. Even gave us free smoothies to try for our next visit ! Amazing
Perhaps we caught them on a bad day since there are so many good reviews but it was greasy and very bland. I feel guilty for not eating the food we ordered especially because the people working here are so nice but it’s honestly that bad.
As far as Teriyaki goes, this place does it right. The chicken teriyaki is just the right amount of sweetness mixed with saltiness and it’s not overwhelming in any particular department. I ordered off DoorDash so I don’t have any pictures of the physical location but if the food is this good then I will definitely consider going in person to experience it fully.The price is alright, I think $10 for a full box of meat + veggies + your choice of rice/fried rice/noodles is fair.Overall 9/10 which is pretty high for me, I only say 9 since I haven’t actually been to the physical location just yet. My girlfriend and I’s second time eating here and we love it. The girl at the front has wonderful customer service and we received our delicious food in minutes. Thank you for the great service!
This is a 5 because of the amazing quality of the food and service, the food was delicious especially the teriyaki chicken and service was even better with them treating me with respect and patience. First time there and definitely coming back.
The food was not good . The salmon was fishy , we had a few bites and that was it , went straight to the trash. They served the fishy salmon on top of the noodles and the noodles tasted so fishy . They serve it with vegetables but in reality it’s a bunch of cabbage and a few pieces of broccoli . So disappointed. That’s why I stick to what I know because when I venture out it’s usually a disappointment.
They do a fantastic job every time! I order lunch for a 10-12 person TV crew where every order needs to be individually labeled due to COVID regulations. I've ordered from Teriyaki Box several times and the order is always perfectly packaged, correctly labeled, and nicely prepared. They offer generous portions and healthy options for a very reasonable price and I really appreciate their attention to detail.
