We ordered two beef burgers, but what we got was was pretty unappetizing. Almost every aspect of the burger was bad. The beef was mushy and unseasoned, and it had that old flavor that beef gets when it sits in your fridge too long. The bun was bland and untoasted. The fried egg was undercooked and still had runny whites. The fries were barely warm and soggy. My friend sent theirs back for being overcooked, and at least the second time got something better. But overall we will not be returning to this location. The service was fast and friendly at least.

Me and my husband have been going to this restaurant for 3 years now. We loved their food and attention until now. Tonight was a very different experience that we have never felt before. We are the type of people that give good tips because we are aware of how the hosts need to work their butts out to have a good income, Guess what?!?! Me and my husband, felt for the first time that there was sort of racist demeanor from a host called Megan. She was the first to approach us when we got to the table but then our host was changed and when we asked why, the excuse was that she had an emergency and had to leave. But guess what almost an hour later she was still there taking care of other clients and tables and when we tried to make eye contact with her for calling her to our table she was avoiding us at all levels. We asked again and there was one lie followed by another. We had a very good tip for the host that was taking care of us but when we realized that they were lying to us, we decided not to leave any tip at all. Unfortunately the management sometimes does not have knowledge of what happens in the floor since the employees cover each other even when they know is not correct what they are doing. Hopefully Ted’s management can do something regarding this type of conduct. We had a very good 20% plus tip but since they were trying to see our face we decided to not leave any. We are sorry for the host that covered the incorrect demeanor from his coworker. Next time be honest!!!
I have eaten at this location several times. Usually very good but not this time. Fish sandwiches were as good as usual. But they had no onion rings, even at noon time. Said they had to “marinate”. Never heard of that before. Served potato fries instead which were dry and over cooked like left over from day before. This was on Monday, March 14th.Felt like we were rushed and there were maybe three other tables of guests.Very disappointed with this visit.

We had a bison burger with fries and a steak salad. Our food was fine, but it was not hot when it got to us. Our waitress was also a little rude.
Food was great! Server was friendly. Would recommend.
My favorite place to go have a nice quiet steak dinner and enjoy the atmosphere.
