What happened to this place? ? everytime they hardly have anything available? Placing an order online and show up to pick it up, missing more than half your order because they didn't have it, you'd expect a refund for the items they didn't have. Nope, these people are thieves. They tell you to contact corporate for a refund for what they were out of, that you already paid for and corporate never responds. They absolutely destroy your order if they actually happen to have food. Will not return.

This location used to be the best in the area. I don’t know if there was a change in management recently but this place has gone straight down the toilet in the last 6 months or so. Night crew is AWFUL. They constantly say they are either out of stuff or it will be 30 minutes to cook the food 2 hours before closing time.Tonight I visited and it took me an hour to get my order because, according to them, they had a large truck delivery and only two people to unload it. That was a lie because I saw about 4 people in the building walking around while I sat here in the parking lot waiting on my food. Mind you this is after I was told it would be 30 minutes on my food. I pulled to the window after 40 minutes and they hadn’t made a single item for me.I eventually received my order but I shouldn’t have had to wait 55 minutes for it especially considering I placed the order ahead of time in the app.

Thought the manager should know that this location had me sit in front of the microphone for ten minutes, with only two customers in the store and no one else in line. They never said hello. I drove around the store to the window and stared in it for 15 minutes as cars pulled in and out of the drive thru behind angrily with no service. They finally saw me. Got my order. 3PM on 5/11. Whoever was working that shift completely ignored drive thru for an unknown amount of time. Just thought the manager might care…maybe not. Whatever. Usually a well run store. Not today.

They regularly lie and basically say they have essentially no ingredients to get out of making food. They received my door dash order, accepted it and waited until the courier arrived to tell them that they had no way to make any of the items on the order. Smirking all the while (items they claimed not to have clearly visible behind them). I had intended my order be assigned somewhere else, anywhere else besides THIS location. So if you want Taco Bell any time in the evening, be sure to pass this one by.

Very friendly nice employees. They had my online order ready. However, the restroom was so gross that I question how clean could they be and they make and serve the food?!

The people here seem really nice, but oh my goodness soooooo slow. Waited 42 minutes for five box meals. They said that for this type of "massive" (their words) order wait times are longer. I'm sorry, but it no way should a meal for two adults and three kids bring an entire kitchen to a halt. Still, friendly enough and the food was good and accurate. But seriously slow.

Not very good experience, staff was ok, service was not very appreciated, took too long for order, mountain dew was with out sugar have to get Pepsi they didn't told while taking order, fries was tasting bitter at the end, overall was ok

Ordered a new combo deal that is clearly being advertised in the drive thru, yet was told it does not "pop up" in their register. The cashier offers to make the combo from individual items, leading me to be extremely overcharged for something that they are advertising for $6.99. Best part is getting home and seeing missing items. Where do you find these incompetent workers??

On February 25 of 2022 we went thru the drive thru they were nice but they were out of every sauce but Diablo sauce which was great for me but not my husband. We were given the right tacos but the wrong burritos. We attempted to call twice and the phone rang and rang and rang then I was hung up on twice. This was about 4 45 pm to 5 pm. We were very annoyed. My husband doesn't eat refried beans and we had several of those that he couldn't eat. And we're not given a receipt.

This place really needs to shut down!! Every employee who work there they act like they don’t want to be there. 8 out of 10 times they mess up your order. It took them almost a month to bring forks & spoons back. Today out of every sauce but Diablo!! Need a better management.
