We just visited this taco bell, we came in and stood at the front for about 10 minutes just for a different customer to tell us we had to order on the kiosk. After ordering on the kiosk we then waited another 20 minutes on are food. No explanation or anything. The girl running the drive threw was rude not a good experience at all.. I understand being ahort staffed but i would say if its this bad then maybe just close for the day.

I went inside because the drive-through line is too long.I had to order on the kiosk and pay. I literally ordered a bean burrito no onions and guess what you still screwed it up and put onions on my d*** burrito.

Service was slow and there was only me and one other car in the drive thru. Food was horrible and tasted old. I could get past my chalupa being cold, but it was so stale and chewy and that I couldn’t get past it. My burrito was also just cold and dry. I asked for “a lot of mild sauce please” and got 1 packet of mild sauce (for 5 burritos) and the rest was Diablo. If I ask for mild obviously I can’t handle Diablo. $24 wasted. Won’t be going back.

This location is terrible. I usually get drive through and every time when I get home, something I paid for is missing. Tonight there was $9 worth of food missing from a $30 order I guess I'll sit at the window from now on and check item by item.The food that I did get was not very good. The crunchy tacos were so soggy that they fell apart and the meat fell out of them.

I use to come maybe twice a month late nights. My patience dwindled with this place. Most of the the time they dont have what I want on the menu, they cant take credit card, Im missing something, or looks like someone sat on my burritos. Even when I order online theres something wrong. Im done with them now which is why im writing this review. Maybe I'll try a different location. Get some better staff or re-train them.

Went two days in a row for my lunch break. They put little to no meat in there quesadilla's . Ok customer service. They are trying to save food cost. Avoid

Every time I order from here, my quesadilla is wrong. I pay for extra toppings and every time they are missing. I understand it can be frustrating to have an order with a few modifications, especially during the world’s current staffing issues, but at the same time, it can get quite frustrating to have your order wrong time and time again. Don’t get me wrong, I still ate my quesadilla and my boyfriend ate the rest of his food, I just want to bring this to y’all’s attention. Thank you all for working in such hard conditions, it truly is appreciated.

WORST SERVICE EVER! NO RESPONSE AT ALL! They have time for chating but no time for service. You have to wait for centries! If zero star were an option, I will choose it with no hesitation!

Is been a couple days that they are not accepting card just cash!!! And we have to stand in the line until they do other people meal! I’m gonna report this!! They should at least put a sign

In drive thru about 30 minutes and I’m still the 3rd car in line. There is no way to get out of line. This shouldn’t be the case. There need to be a way to pull out of line if you need to for an emergency or just because it’s taking a long time. Never returning
