Now that COVID restrictions have be lifted, it tends to be a bit of a mess when we visit. Everything, including toppings, are self-serve now, but as long as there aren't an abundance of kids present, you can usually get in and out without issue. The past couple of times we've been, some of the machines/flavors were out of order, but overall, not a terrible experience.
Under new management and I must say it shows!!! Fun, clean atmosphere, lots of great flavors to choose from and the customer experience is amazing!! My family and I loved every calorie!
The best hidden Gem the frozen yogurt was delicious and the cashier was very patient with my 5 year old when she couldn’t decide on the toppings she wanted
Sweet Frog is my favorite froyo shop in the city, I love coming here! Its clean, the flavors are great and the staff are very helpful. There are a ton of topping choices, it's always hard to decide.
My boyfriend and I took our daughter here for the first time and the candies were rock hard the cookies tasted stale and hold on wait it gets worst... it did their stomach BAD later on
FroYo was good but you cannot sit inside. I invited friends from out of town and it was cold outside but we had nowhere else to go
Love coming to this local GEM! Its clean, covid friendly and the staff are very helpful. I love the flavors, especially coconut! There are a ton of topping choices, it's always hard to decide. The fresh fruit and mango poppers are the best! There are also sugar free and dairy free options for those with food allergies.
Really rude customer service. It's obviously from the the repeative feedback from customers. It's also proven by the rude and unpleasant feedback from management.
That place is a lot better than brusther jeje yugur ice cream
The yogurt is always delicious, there is usually at least one sugar free option. The toppings are always fresh. One of my favorite places to go to.
