Disgusting, awful management that close early and don’t even issue refund. Lied about my order, and couldn’t even receive refund that day. Don’t go here, they’re trash. Grab yourself a pizza from next door instead or even go to the other one on sugarloaf. TRASH subway TRASH people. Get your act together

Rather surprised by the negative reviews of this place. I'm a local and have been to this Subway so many times that the owner recognizes me, my husband, and my daughter. If one of us ever shows up without the other, he always asks after our family and how we're doing. The food is always excellent, and sometimes they give free cookies just for being a loyal customer. I have never had a bad experience here, and I've probably been here at least 30 times.
Ordered my sandwich on line. Half the toppings I wanted weren't on my sandwich, the cookie wasn't the one I wanted and then the man fought me over chips and cookies versus 2 cookies... Never coming back here... I was very hungry ordered online for convenience but biting down on a sandwich expecting deliciousness and getting a whatever piece of bread with ham and lettuce ?
