The food was delicious and freshly made! Very fast service! I changed my mind on what milkshake i wanted after they already made it and they gave me both the one they made plus the new one i wanted for free without charging me for both, so kind!! This location has been around for more than a decade and i have a lot of fond memories at this steak and shake and its still the best location in Lawrenceville!

A different experience for sure, it took a minute to get use to placing our order from the kiosk. Strange not having any waitresses. (kinda sad I must admit) Oh the times they are a changing! Food was hot and made to order. I was so glad to see they had not closed this store down!!! Steak 'n Shake has always been a personal favorite of mine. Also tables were clean and hand sanitizing stations were provided.
They always forget something off my order or half heartily make my food. They are always removing the best food options. This restaurant has lost all luster. This place is no longer the go to late night there food is nasty mostly all the time and they can't get an order right.
This Steak and Shake really has it going on. Clean bathrooms. Dining floor was spotless. Service was quick. Food was excellent. Best part is the Staff. Extremely friendly and helpful.
We used to come here with the whole family, and have a great time. I know since the pandemic, there has been a drop in service and this has been the case here. They have changed the menu, and you have to make sure ask for lettuce and tomato, and evidently they have changed the size of the items as well. I went there yesterday, and ordered a single cheese burger combo with light mustard, ketchup, mayo, lettuce, tomato, and a large chili. Get to the windows and pay, ask for receipt, and then realized I needed crackers for the chili, I was told after received the order,there are no cookies for the chili. I don't think I will ever return again, unless they make huge changes. As you can see from the pictures, this had to be one of the most sloppiest burgers ever made. As well as the reduced size in drinks and fries.
It was my first time visiting inside as the one I frequent is drivethru only but I had questions and tried several times to get someone's attention but no one would help. It could have been they couldn't here me over the air pods in their ears
Ordered a double stack cheese requested no mustard or pickles instead got a hamburger smothered in ketchup I mean smothered …. Had to throw it away since I’m allergic to tomatoes.
Food was just OK. I had the chilli 5 ways and appeared to have been microwaved. The restaurant was nearly empty. Don't see a future for this restaurant chain.
Very confused why the meat doesn’t taste like the normal steak or look like it??? Food was cold and they forgot to give us all of our food. Girl at the drivethru intercom was very rude with an attitude both times we came through. Drive thru window guy was very nice I think you should reconsider your place of work.
