Worst Starbucks. They are always slow when I come as well as they mess up my order each time, today I Went through the drive through to get pup cups not knowing the hours were changed and instead of the workers telling me they were closed. Each of them went by the window not saying anything it was after 10 minutes that I noticed the sign on the building which was posted off on the corner that the hours have changed, no employee ever approached me even if I wasn’t able to get a pup cup to at least tell me they were closed. Not stating all of the staff here is like this however I definitely always have a problem when I come.
Very slow inside. Drink ready system is wack!Drive thru is fast.This system of putting drinks out for everyone to pick through is very unsanitary and anti-Covid.Keep the drinks back away from customers! I watched so many people walk up and lean down over and touch everyone’s drink.Didn’t we learn anything from Covid?
The worst Starbucks. Worse than Target locations! The “manager” has clearly caused the chaos at this location. Who I assume is the manager, is always on their dang laptop every-time I go in here, barely helping. Manager never talks to customers and acts like we don’t exist. They are just there to manage and not run a good business. Inconsistent hours, unenthusiastic and SLOW/non-hustling staff, ridiculously slow drive thru, horrible made drinks. I’ve stopped going to Starbucks so much, due to this location. So on the rare occasion I do, I try to always order ahead and go inside to pickup. But, you never know if the doors will be locked, so take your chances!!!! Well, they hardly ever have my order ready, so I’m just standing there waiting and waiting and waiting, trying to have patience. After they FINALLY ask me what I’m waiting for, they’re like “we don’t have that order” and bumble and fumble all around. Low and behold, someone finally realizes to look at the sticky note with my order just waiting to be made. This is almost every time I order ahead. One time, I ordered at the register and it took 10 minutes to get a grande pike place. 10 minutes for a simple cup of hot coffee and I was the only person in line. This place is beyond infuriating!! No apologies for anything either and it’s all coming straight down from management. This place needs an overhaul.
Great customer service. My spinach feta wrap was cold in the middle. My coffee was nice and steaming hot.

I ordered a grande Pike with cream I was the only person in the store when I ordered it. The new employee at the register was learning and could not figure out how to put in a plain pike with a splash of cream. The barista was only making orders from the drive-thru. 14 minutes later I asked someone else if I could get a my grande Pike. They brought me a plain Pike. 7 minutes later I asked someone else if I could maybe get a splash of cream in my grande Pike. 21 minutes for a plain coffee is pretty pathetic.
Please retrain all your new employees on how to take orders because apparently they don’t understand the simple concept of LIGHT ICE. Education is important, Starbucks.
One of the worst Starbucks drive through experiences. I was just driving by this place and decided to take a stop here. It took me 15 mins from the time my order was taken to get my coffees in hand with only 2 cars in front of me. When I got to the window I was told that they made a mistake in my order so they were redoing it again. While waiting the lady at the window walked away not sure where but anyways I could see the guy making our coffee after he was done he put the sleeves on and left it on the table close to the window and continued on. After 5 minutes the lady shows up at the window and hands over those 2 same cups to me. Our coffee was no longer hot as it was cooling down on the table beside the window. And it's definitely not because of the shortage of staff due to covid. I saw at least 4 employees walking by. Wouldn't recommend this location at all and based on the reviews from past months it seems like it's been going like this for a few months now.
I know getting coffee an hour before the restaurant closes usually isn't a good idea. But I was hopeful. I asked for a hot coffee with steamed oatmeal. Initially I was told they were out of Pike but they could make an Americana for me. Asked him to explain what an Americana is because I've never ordered one before. He was quiet a moment and said they did in fact have Pike. So I completed my order paid for the drink. Once I tasted it I wasnt really sure what I was given but it was gross. Very watery, no coffee flavor. It tasted like hot watery milk with a little sweetener. I was already on the highway and couldn't turn around. It was very disappointing and felt like a waste of money
I met a long time friend there, and the faculty was clean and staff was awesome. Too much ice in my kiwi refresher, but overall I would go back and specify lite on the ice,lol
