I rarely get Starbucks coffee because of the price but I was in shopping in Kroger at 7am and I really needed some caffeine. The Starbucks opened at 7am and there were already 3 people ahead of me in line & 1 behind me. The Starbucks employee, Mya, was able to ring us up & prepare our orders in very good time. Mya was also very pleasant. Great customer service. My drink tasted wonderful & gave me the jolt I needed.

I’m very disappointed with this place. The past few times I’ve been here to want to get an eggnog latte, they’re always out of eggnog like as they cannot keep any in stock! Next time I will not be ordering the eggnog latte because they never have any eggnog in stock and if I could give this place zero stars I would.
