This Starbucks treated me well two months ago when Ashley was there working. Ashley was very kind, pleasant and was never impatient. Now there are employees, one in particular is very rude, does not say GoodMorning, does not respond when you ask a question, when you get to the window just smirks at you, gets annoyed when you ask for a dam straw, anything you ask this girl she’s annoyed. As a nurse, it’s too early for attitude. I used to enjoy Starbucks in the morning simply for the conversation, but now I hate coming here because they just take my mood to an unpleasant level. If you know you are not a morning person don’t work at 5am, chose a shift that works for you so you don’t affect other peoples experiences at this location. I am very tired of their rude employee at the window. I’m paying for my drink not you so just make it and leave your attitude at home. I did not want to leave a review and should have did one when Ashley worked there but I forgot but this needed to be said. So tired of there new morning shifters.
This morning I ordered my regular drink and when I ordered it there was so much space and when I asked why she said its how we charge you for the milk. I said I have been ordering this drink for a month at multiple starbucks and never had this issue. So then I was like well for $5.00 there should not be this much space and I was like well can I add some whip cream or cold foam and the lady at the window got a WHOLE attitude! She was like well this is how we make it and its not my fault all the other ones do not make it like this. Needless to say I WILL NOT BE BACK AT THIS LOCATION. Honestly it was the attitude and disrespect for me and not willing to fix something.
Always great to visit any Starbucks and have consistent products available. Good coffee served here. Unfortunately we had to wait a long time to get our order (14 minutes due to printer glitch not printing our order tickets). Staff was apologetic and helpful resolving this issue. If this had not happened, it would have been a five star rating.
Went inside to order since it was pretty empty. Drive thru line wasn't too long so I assumed the delay would not be too bad. With only 1 person ahead of me it took 16 minutes for 1 grande drink. After 14 minutes a customer came in after me, she had her grande drink and 2 bakery items within 2 minutes. I spoke up after that and was told they were making my order now. If I hadn't spoke up I assume I would have waited much longer. This is the second time this has happened at this location. The first time I waited longer inside for 2 drinks and it was a mobile order that I placed ahead of time.
Horrible!!! Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes because a customer before me held up the line . It’s ridiculous that was 15 cars in the drive-through waiting to pick up your order. And Starbucks have it where you cannot get out the line even if you wanted to do you just have to sit there and wait burn your gas and still pay than five dollars for a cup of coffee God forbid I would never patron at Starbucks again ???
Idk what’s different from morning To afternoon at this location but the service and drinks are not the same. I always wait in line at least 15 or more . And still have to wait at the window at least 5more mins. This is a great place in the morning but the afternoon are horrible.
I just visited here very feel not too good. I ordered regular coffee and nitro cold brew. It took a 12m, i was waiting inside store, even when i got a coffee they gave me a just ICE COFFEE. So i wanted to talk them this is not what i want. But they are ignoring me. It was really unhappy experience in Starbucks ever.I understand they are busy and mostly take care about drive thru. But i hope they are more careful insind costumer too. Near have more starbucks so go others not here.
I'm here visiting from Alaska for my kids and precious grandchildren. My daughter and I received excellent customer service. She couldn't find her gift card and staff remained patient and calm. She wasn't irritated at all. My daughter was stressing because she couldn't find it and staff made her feel better about the situation. They were all amazing and our drinks were soooo good. I normally don't go to Starbucks but will definitely visit them again when I return. Kudos to Hannah, Kayln, Emily and Gabby. You all made our experience great.Happy New Year!
The drinks are inconsistent here. They need to get trained on how to make vanilla latte at least. One day its good, the other it sucks, that’s not cool. The line is always wrapped around the building. They don’t follow directions correctly either and after waiting in the line and then you order is subpar, that is super annoying. This Gwinnett County area has an issue, like their locations are all inconsistent… snellville locations, this one, and sugarloaf, all have the same issue.
Incredibly slow (with 9 stuffs but most did not work… late for almost half an hour after the supposed pickup time given by their app). No apology…
