Customer service is really starting to lack at this location. Went in on Father's Day to spend time with the family and eat a good meal. Walked in and staff looked at us like ( why they have to come here ) I get that they may have been busy earlier on the day but thats not how you treat your guest. We waited about 10 min before they came over to just tell us that we only would have 30 min to eat. When did they start closing at 6pm. This location used to be really good before so I'm unsure what happend to this location.
Sonny's was a great experience even tho' the drive thru wasn't fully functional. The great tasting food and friendly service made up for that. I would recommend and continue to support this location.
After waiting at the drive thru for and hour this evening 8:30 pm my husband and l ordered 2 st.Louis rib dinners with potatoes salad and baked beans with both meals, we are just getting home and very hungry and now we are disappointed. Potato salad are missing on each plate and the ribs are not fully cooked. They won't answer the phone and we doesn't feel up to going back, and now l need to finish cooking these ribs in the oven. We are really disappointed with sonny's right now
All I can say is that the meal was a very big let down. It was sooooo dry. I got the Sampler and it took 30 minutes to get our food even though there weren’t that many people. The food was somewhat warm and overall everything was dry. I couldn’t take a second bite of the pulled pork or the brisket. The only thing edible on the plate were the ribs and the coleslaw. The sauces were good but the main are the meats and they were a big zero. Not sure what the problem is…do they just reheat pre-cooked meats? But yet again why the long wait time? Might as well have just gone to Texas Roadhouse down the street.
Decided to give this place a try on a whim and was a little disappointed. Ordered curbside pickup and didn't end up getting my food till about 15 minutes after waiting outside, calling the number (was on hold for 10 minutes), and then going inside to pick it up myself. The wings were the tiniest I've seen and the crust of my cornbread was as tough as a day-old baguette smh. My kids loved their food which is always a plus but would much rather the local BBQ businesses at this price point.
The food is good. Service behind the counter is questionable! Skinny gurl asked if I wanted sauce and plastic ware then rings me out to go without retrieving her suggested items. Beware of helium in that balloon above her shoulders. But overall a great place to dine in!

Patrcia is the best. Literally one of the best waitresses Ive had. Nice fast attentive!! Ask for Patricia ashe will take good care of you. Sliced pork plate is epic. The owner operator is on site and things are run really well here!
BBQ was excellent all the way. Ms Laura was above and beyond on his front service I couldn’t get a coupon work online she look at the coupon and take care of my order, it was amazing seeing her how she was taking care of reviving food orders, helping coworkers taking order on phone packing orders and attending the BAR. Hi5 for her really amazing person and make the company looks really good
The food was delicious and our server was fantastic! He was very attentive and quick! Would definitely recommend! The only thing is, they don't really have any actually spicy barbecue sauce.
