The only reason I’m even rating 3 stars is because of the great service from Ausha. I was here on Friday 3/22 close to 8:30 when a rush of people came in right after me. She was the only one up front making smoothies - I could tell she was overwhelmed however she still had a great attitude and smile when she dealt with her customers. I didnt leave with my smoothie in hand until 20 min after closing and there were still a few people waiting for their orders. If management sees this, please consider staffing with an additional person. Ausha has great customer service skills & we’ll gladly be back because of her!
I ordered an Island Impact and asked the girl to add spinach. She repeated my order back to me and my order was correct on the receipt. I then stood off to the side while she made it and noticed she never added any spinach. I asked her once she went to grab the smoothie from mixing if she would add the spinach and she said she did after glancing down at my order to double check. She handed me the cup maybe 3/4 full and dumped the rest out. I gave her a chance to correct her mistake and she lied saying that she had when in fact she hadn't. This was on 4/21/2022 at 12:30pm. She was very unfriendly and refused to make another smoothie.
Monique was absolutely terrible to my family. She was not only rude, but when we asked for the manager her reply was “I am the manager, so now what”. We will absolutely never be back. There is a Smoothie place a block away, I have never been so disrespected over letting someone know my daughter has a food allergy, and asked her to wash her hands, and change gloves. We will also be calling the department of public health since all we asked was for her to wash her hands..
Monique hands down best employee at the store always so welcoming and never fails on the smoothies. Always glad to walk in and see her behind the register. 5 stars for her
I got GREAT service today with M. Jargon. My smoothie was very tasty! The store was super CLEAN and she was nice. Great Personality!Need to have more people like her. I will be returning soon!Great Smoothie and Great service in a clean store! That young lady rocks!

the server working tonight was amazing! came here after work with two of my coworkers and we got our smoothies SO FAST! they tasted incredible and she was super nice! will definitely be coming back after work again :) highly recommend

I’ve been going there now for couple months and I love it here. People are very very friendly and the manager Monique is a five ?. She no’s how to deliver and satisfy her customers. Been awhile since I’ve wrote a good review. Oh and the young lady name Rizzy, she’s so friendly I could of stayed in there and talked to her all afternoon. She’s a real good listener and tries to satisfy you and offers suggestions about the smoothies. I would recommend this smoothie location in Lawrenceville to all my family and friends. Keep the good work up ladies. I’m coming back very soon
