We ordered four full racks of ribs for takeout. The ribs were nasty, they lack flavor, what happened? Shane’s‘s used to outshine Jim N Nicks and Sonny’s. The flavor is lacking and distasteful. I was very disappointed with this order it was a very large order of four full slabs of ribs costing over $100. If you’re cutting back on the way you marinate your ribs remember the same cheap is expensive
Superb customer service and big kudos to Kayla S., the manager I went to this location as I always do, but needed a last minute huge order for death in the family. Not only was Kayla attentive to my needs, she also was sympathetic to my cause. She ensured all the food was hot, provided serving tools and just overall went above and beyond!!!

Time and time again I give this place a shot and time and time again I’ve been let down. The food here is mediocre at best. Better off buying microwaveable meals. My last Uber eats order of chicken tenders and fries was stale. Fries had so much salt on them I now take blood pressure medication. No pride in the food here
Went here for dinner tonight. This was my first time here. I really enjoyed the food. They explained the menu and different options so I could decide what I was getting. The service was excellent. They let me try the peach cobbler since it was my first time it was amazing. I will definitely be back. This was such a great experience between the food and the customer service.

Good prices, but noticed the portion sizes have gotten smaller. The staff always gives a welcoming, southern family feeling. Took my mother to eat and we were approached by three different staff members making sure we had everything we needed. I did appreciate that!
We ordered chicken tenders tossed in sauce. We get home and they are plain. We call and they tell us to drive back up there and they will get us the correct order. We drive back up there and they just gave us 2 tubs of hot sauce. If you mess up a customer’s order, make them drive back, MAKE IT 100% RIGHT. We assumed they would give us a whole new order. But just toss hot sauce at us? Ridiculous. By the time we got back home we had to toss our cold tenders in hot sauce and eat soggy fries.
