I wanted a pasta platter with ziti, chicken, and breadsticks. Ziti was cold and undercooked. I wanted chicken but the person prepping the meal for us had a “whatever” attitude and didn’t bother to let the kitchen or people behind know that they were out of chicken, or at least, the people behind her didn’t hear her and didn’t bother to speak up about it. The only person that had to speak up about it was the cashier. If I were to get the chicken, I’d have to wait 10-20 mins for a small amount of chicken. If the meatballs weren’t enough, the chicken isn’t either. Breadsticks were the only thing I sorta enjoyed on the platter meal. My advice, there are way better options here than this place where you can get your food hot and ready, right off the stove or oven.

It was 3pm today (a Friday) and I went to get my child who is autistic and who only eats pizza a slice. When the two rude employees told me they were closed. Moments later my husband was served as to when I was turned away. That's so unprofessional and absolutely rude and we all know why I was turned away. I am beyond disappointed and I hope you guys learn not to treat people like that.

The service here is terrible. I’ve been standing in line for 40 minutes now without having ordered yet. If they are out of one item and someone wants it, they do not serve the people behind them. They make everyone wait for that pizza to be made. Not to mention the employee making the pizzas was talking on her phone the whole time I was in line and was not wearing a hairnet. Her hair was not in a tight ponytail. Very disappointed.

I come every Friday. The hours of operation state 11AM - 7PM.Every week, my students wait in line anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour and a half because the staff tell me “we aren’t open yet”, despite posted hours stating differently.I tell my students it’s a lesson in patience and we don’t mind waiting, but it seems as if nothing changes. 3-4 staff each day can’t get the place open on time.I suggest to change the posted hours to 12-7 to be more accurate with actual operating times.

The food here is bad. I ordered the Spaghetti and meatballs and the sauce was watery and the noodles were hard. Stay away from this place.

I came here around 11:05am with my class, they were in the process of putting food out and asked me if we wouldn't mind waiting. I said that was fine as we weren't in a rush. Well the lady with blond hair goes back to what she was doing and I could hear her say how people like us annoyed her, coming here as soon as they opened. She then proceeded to ask the other two people why I was looking at her. I could hear someone say maybe she can hear you. The blonde lady got angry and started yelling and told someone they could leave. I feel as though everything that transpired was highly unprofessional. The blonde lady could use more training on how to speak to people, both customers and employees. The food was good but the customer service was not.

So happy this location has staff now. Everyone seen to be friends and the whole place seem like a fun environment to work in. The new General Manager is always there and do what need to be done to ensure Great service. Great Job Sbarro’s, I love the energy ❤️

Full of queens that look and sound unprofessional. Socializing behind the counter and sometimes in front of the counter where the customers should be. Meanwhile the pizza looked so cold it appeared to be frozen. Didn't see any melted cheese anywhere. This place is a joke and a shadow of what it once was. Why order a slice of pizza that has to be run through an oven and reheated? Close this.

Breadstucks were obviously cooked from frozen. The help begged to differ. Do not go this location. Read other comments. Bad place.

Didn't want to sell me a whole pie
